Online voucher purchase
I bought a voucher online from this place in March and it's been a nightmare. The email with the voucher link just wouldn't open, no matter how many times I tried. I emailed them and even submitted a complaint, but no one bothered to reply! It's so frustrating, why have an online system if you can't give good customer service? Do yourself a favour and steer clear of buying online vouchers from them. It's not worth the hassle.
Bought a faulty item
I bought a top from them and it was already broken when I got it. I tried to send it back for a refund, but they wouldn't cover the postage and made the whole process really tricky. Their customer service was just terrible!
