Boots
Bought a pair of boots about 4months ago. Noticed I was getting wet feet when the pavement was wet but not raining. Returned boots and was told they would be examined and I would get the results. Boots sent back to me saying sorry but that’s it. They have a guarantee of 3months for new footwear. Can you believe that. Avoid this company like the plague. Absolute rip off merchants.
Brouge shoes
The whole shopping experience was poor,the shoes took a week to turn up,I will not blame pegesus for this,it was the incompetent DLP they used.The shoes finally arrived, disappointed straight away,the shoes were the wrong colour,looked cheap,nothing like the picture.I paid £5 for the delivery, then a futher £3.50 to send back.i had to drive 10 miles to a place that would send off the parcel for return,they do not use royle mail unfortunately.9 days later still no refund,they don't answer emails,their phone service is better but probably more of a cost,unlikely to be using them again.
Calls
Very expensive phone calls I was on the line for 15 mins on my last order while waiting to see if items were in stock , over £4 charge only to find all but one were out of stock .
Returns are useless
I returned my item over 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund they have acknowledged that they have received my item but still no refund never again......
