As someone who isn't very tall and has short legs, I really love this online shop! I bought this really nice pink duster coat from this store recently and honestly, I'm pretty happy with how it fits. I'm only 4ft 10ins tall so it's always a struggle to find coats that aren't too long on me, but this one was just right for my petite frame. The material is really light, which is great because I don't like feeling weighed down by heavy fabrics. Although, I did notice that it creases quite easily, which is a bit annoying. But overall, I love the beautiful blush colour of the coat.

Black jumpsuit
My trip to that store was so frustrating. Every time I tried to scroll through the website to look at something, it kept bouncing back to the top of the page - so annoying! It made it really difficult to see all the products properly. But, I did eventually find a black jumpsuit that I quite liked. The material was nice, but unfortunately, the fit wasn't as flattering as I'd expected. It's a shame because I was really excited about adding it to my wardrobe.

Animal hair and deodorant marks on item
I was totally disgusted when I got my order from this company. The item was covered in animal hair and white deodorant marks, and when I tried to send it back, they wouldn't refund the postage costs. I asked for a refund on the return postage, but they completely ignored me. They really don't care about their customers, which is just awful. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Multiple items, sizing issues
I bought a few things from this shop, but unfortunately, they didn't fit right, so I had to send 4 out of the 5 items back. But, I've been struggling to return them. I can't get the website to accept my order number or email address, so I can't start the return process. Even though I've tried contacting them through the website and email many times, I haven't heard back from their customer service team. I even sent them a copy of the confirmation email with all my order info, but still no response. It's been a total nightmare, and I'm constantly trying to get hold of them.
Clothing purchase, delayed refund
I bought some clothes from this shop which were really good quality and they arrived on time. But, when I had to return some items and get a refund, there was a problem. Even though they said they had processed my refund, it actually took more than 5 days for the money to come through to my account. This delay has caused me a lot of financial stress because I'm owed more than £150 and the delay means I might go overdrawn. I really hope the company can sort out their refund system so that customers get their money back quickly.
Trousers - Perfect fit
I bought a pair of trousers made of a lovely material that fits me perfectly, which I was really happy about because I'm only 4ft 11" tall. However, my experience was spoiled by the terrible delivery service. The delivery company failed to deliver my package on time, and when it finally arrived, the packaging was wet, sticky, and dirty. To top it off, the delivery person broke the brush part of my letterbox, which was made of chrome and quite expensive. Now I'm left with a damaged item that I don't know how to fix. This inconvenience has left me feeling dissatisfied with my shopping experience overall and has made me reluctant to order from them again in the future.
