Sat with a cuppa after ordering a few dresses for a mate’s wedding — needed new stuff after a strange few months and thought, why not. Most are lovely and the fabric’s decent, so I’m properly pleased. A couple were too small though, so returns cost me a bit which was a pain. Still, delivery and the actual returns process were dead easy, so overall glad I ordered.
Parcel saga and refund fumble
Pixie Girl (their courier partner) claimed not to have received the return, I sent proof, loads of emails, chased them, and only on 13 Jan did they reimburse — and not the right amount. Got £46 instead of £51. Annoying, especially after returning items elsewhere without this faff. Delivery on the second parcel was fine though.
That moment the trousers actually fitted
good fabric, pockets that don’t look like a prank, and the fit was what I expect for a size 12 petite. That’s the point where I felt satisfied, genuinely — they arrived quickly and went straight into the regular rotation.
Oddly pleased
I was proper doubtful at first — thought it'd be another gimmick, but after using it every morning for coffee prep those doubts faded, really, faded. It's simple, does the job, makes life a bit easier and I'm quite chuffed, honestly.
