Spotted it on Instagram after a mate mentioned it, hesitated over price and mixed reviews. Bought anyway — doubts were right, parcel never came and support just ghosted me.
Saved my bacon
Really glad I chose them. I was a nervous first-time buyer and they saved my bacon — replied fast every time I messaged, which calmed me down.
Fine delivery, awful returns
Bought it because my bad back needed a firmer cushion, nothing fancy. Delivery turned up on time, but trying to return it was a mess — site kept rejecting my order number and postcode. Messaged a week ago, no reply, annoyed
Where's the returns team?
I was midway through sorting my wardrobe when I realised the dress I bought for casual weekends didn't fit. The fabric was actually nicer than the pictures (a small surprise), but my husband accidentally posted the wrong item back and now I'm stuck. Their returns portal won’t let me generate a new label because the original shows as used, and I've sent four emails and left several voicemails with no reply. I even paid £3.99 to have the incorrect parcel returned to me and it's never arrived. I use stuff like this for work and weekends, so the radio silence is really frustrating. Can someone please pick up the phone?
Awkward rise, decent material
I bought these petite joggers because my lower back has been acting up and I needed something comfy for commuting. Fabric and finish were alright, but the crotch rise was far too long for a petite frame — had to have them altered. Not perfect, but usable now.
Crepef Dungarees
I purchased crepe dungarees from Pixie girl for my holidays.
As I wanted them urgently, I paid £5.99 for next day delivery.
On arrival the packaging looked as if it had been opened and the card inside was bent and crumpled.
On the front of the dungarees was a black/green stain about the size of a 1p coin.
There was also a 2 inch split in the left hand side seam.
I took photos and sent them to Pixie girl customer service.
What I received back was a standard reply, asking me to return it - at my own cost!
I replied to this telling them that it was obviously a return, it was in a shocking condition and now too late to re purchase. I should not have to pay for their mistake as there is no way it was inspected before dispatch.
Also they should be prepared to refund my next day delivery charge.
Another identical reply was received!
I would NOT recommend this company as what they are dispatching is definitely not fit for purpose.Pink duster coat
I bought this really nice pink duster coat from this store recently and honestly, I'm pretty happy with how it fits. I'm only 4ft 10ins tall so it's always a struggle to find coats that aren't too long on me, but this one was just right for my petite frame. The material is really light, which is great because I don't like feeling weighed down by heavy fabrics. Although, I did notice that it creases quite easily, which is a bit annoying. But overall, I love the beautiful blush colour of the coat.
