But I will say that the company did promptly refund me for the spoiled items, which was good of them. Unfortunately, the second order, which included extra meals as an apology, all went bad before I got the chance to eat them. The packaging looked swollen in the fridge, which made it clear that the meals had gone off pretty quickly. I'm not sure how they store the meals before packing them, but it's clear that they need to be more careful to ensure the quality and freshness of the items in my second order, especially after what happened with the first one.
With so many companies out there delivering fitness meals, it's really important for a business to maintain high standards in order to keep customers coming back. Sadly, in this case, I was let down by the lack of improvement in both the service and the quality of the products from this company.
