I really like using the freeze roll before and after my runs, it's so convenient. The muscle & joint balm is perfect for when I want to spend a bit more time taking care of my calves and shins. Unfortunately, the package got a bit damaged during delivery and the box was in bad shape. I contacted the company and they got back to me within 24 hours.
