Seeing the DPD photo of the envelope sitting on somebody else’s porch was when my doubts about ordering from here really kicked in. I’d assumed raffle tickets would be straightforward, but the parcel had gone to the wrong address and hadn’t needed a signature. The label apparently had our correct details, which made it even more frustrating. I tried the automated support route and was told someone would respond in roughly 15 minutes; nobody did. In the end, DPD’s London office sorted it directly and arranged for the driver to collect the tickets, so credit to them. We got there eventually, but it was far more hassle than it should have been. We’ve since been recommended another supplier for next time.
Tickets looked the part
What stood out was the print quality; they looked better than I expected, honestly. Updates on dispatch were a bit vague, which made me wonder, but everything arrived fine.
