Nephew's shirt purchase
I bought a shirt for my little nephew from an online store recently and it all went really smoothly. The item was available and ready to be sent out, but it seems like some customers can't be bothered to see that on the website before they start moaning. The shirt arrived quickly within a few days, just like they said it would. No issues, no fuss, just a big thumbs up from me.
Non-delivered item refund
I bought something that wasn't available and haven't received a refund yet, even though they promised it would be processed within 3-5 working days. I've been trying to get in touch by calling and emailing, but no one has responded.
Football shirt for grandson
I was really looking forward to my grandson's birthday present - a football shirt. But when it didn't arrive, I checked my order status on the website and discovered that it had been rejected for no apparent reason. I was quite upset and disappointed by the lack of communication and explanation from the company. This was the first time I've had such a negative experience with an online order, and I definitely won't be shopping with them again. It's simply unacceptable service!
Portugal concept jersey
I just bought a Portugal concept jersey from this website and I'm really happy with it. The fit is great and the quality is really good. There were loads of items to choose from on the website, but I think they could lower the prices a bit for the older jerseys.
Football jersey
The customer service from this company was an absolute disaster. I placed my initial order on one of their websites, but unfortunately it got rejected and I only received a partial refund. Without realising that the websites were linked, I placed a second order on a different site. After making the payment, I didn't get any confirmation or order number. It was obvious that the payment was going to the same company, and the contact details provided were for the original website. The customer service team weren't very helpful, they kept asking for order numbers for both purchases even after I explained the situation. In general, this company is really unprofessional and ineffective. I really regret ever doing business with them.
2021-22 Football Shirt
I bought a football shirt for the 2021-22 season as a Christmas gift, but when it came, I found out that the player's numbers printed on it were from an old season. I tried emailing the company but they didn't reply, and even PayPal couldn't help when I raised the problem. So now I'm stuck with a £90 shirt that no one wants. I've learned my lesson and will buy directly from the club website from now on.
3 shirts
I recently bought 3 shirts from your website, but I only got 2 delivered. The third one was marked as backordered, which was annoying because I wanted all 3 at once. So I cancelled the backordered shirt, but I never got a refund on my credit card. It made me feel let down and like I'd been ripped off.
Personalized item delivery
I bought something personal from this company, and even though there was a bit of confusion about when it would arrive, I thought the service was really good. When I emailed them, the customer service team got back to me quickly and sorted everything out. Looking back, I can see that expecting a personalised item to be delivered the next day during a pandemic might have been a bit hopeful. But I was happy with the item in the end and would definitely think about using this company again.
Cool Macc TShirt
I recently got this really awesome Macc T-shirt from this place. They sent it out promptly and I got it for a fantastic price. The delivery arrived right on schedule too. The only hiccup was that they didn't initially acknowledge my order, but after I dropped them an email, they got back to me straight away. All in all, it was a great experience.
Bought a football jersey
I was actually looking forward to getting this awesome football jersey, but they didn't have it available. However, they let me know straight away and kept me informed throughout the process. Even though I was disappointed about missing out on the jersey, I have to admit their communication was excellent. They ended up giving me a refund without any hassle, so, all in all, I had a positive experience with them despite not getting what I originally wanted.
Fast and reliable service
I was so pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the service was on this website. Being a new customer, I didn't really know what to expect, but I was really impressed with how they kept me updated and got my order delivered so quickly. Teamzo really saved the day by making sure my husband's Christmas present arrived on time, especially after a bad experience with another company. I will definitely be coming back as a customer again.
Shirt with a long name on the back
I bought this really cool shirt with a long name on the back, and it turned out to be really good quality. The price was fantastic, especially considering it had the name of the President of Ukraine, which is a really long name. I've already washed it twice, and the colour is still vibrant and the shape is still holding up well. I'll definitely be shopping with them again!

La Liga shirt
I recently bought a La Liga shirt from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The shirt arrived in just 4 days, much quicker than I expected. The quality of the shirt was spot on, and the price was lower than what I'd have paid at the fan store. Because of the current Covid restrictions, I couldn't go to the store myself, so I was happy to find this online option. The communication during the order and delivery was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. All in all, I was really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
Express shipping disappointment
I made a purchase from this website and chose express shipping, thinking my item would come in two days. But, I was really let down when I got an email three days later saying my order had only just been sent. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and implied that I had missed the information about extra time needed for printing. Even after that, my order still hadn't turned up four days after being sent out, which made me wonder why I'd bothered paying for express shipping.
Football kit purchase
I bought a football kit from this company not too long ago, but I've not been happy with how things have gone. It's been over 2 months since I ordered, and I've only got some of my stuff - there are still a few items missing. I've tried contacting Teamzo a few times, but they haven't got back to me at all. It's a shame that a company that's supposed to care about good products doesn't seem to care much about their customers.
Inter Milan Away Football Shirt for Granddaughter
I received the Inter Milan Away Football Shirt I ordered for my granddaughter pretty quickly, which was great. But, to my dismay, it didn't have the logo on the front like the one shown on their website and my order confirmation. I tried giving them a call, but no one picked up and the message box was full. So, I've now sent them an email to ask about this mix-up. I'm starting to think it might be a trading standards problem. It's a shame because apart from this hiccup, their service seemed top-notch.
Delayed order
I'm really unhappy with the service I've been getting from this company. My order has been delayed for more than a month, and no matter how many times I try to get in touch with customer service, I never hear back. It's just not on that there's no communication or transparency, and I won't be using this company again.
Rejected order, partial refund
I've recently had a bit of a letdown with Teamzo. So, I placed an order and then got told it was rejected out of the blue. Turns out they were out of stock but didn't bother to let me know. To make matters worse, I only got a partial refund of what I'd paid. And when I tried to get in touch with Customer Services, the phone line was dead. This whole lack of communication and poor customer service is just not on, it's left me feeling really annoyed and let down.
Bought football jersey
The website was really easy to use, they had loads of cool football jersey styles. And the prices were cheaper than other places I looked at. The best thing was how they kept me updated on my order - I never had to stress about where my jersey was. When it arrived, it was bang on time, and my kid was over the moon to get it. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
