Parcel turned up a bit battered thanks to the box, but REHAB sorted it within about 24 hours — replacement sent free, no postage, and I even got to keep the damaged one. Delivery and customer service were really good, could do with sturdier packaging though.
Wasn't sure at first
I was a bit sceptical before ordering but tried the shampoo and conditioner on the first wash and felt better than expected; I'm glad I ordered. I've since tried other bits from the range and keep coming back. Packaging is sturdy, so refills or a subscription would be ace.
Not impressed but not furious
I tried it the night it arrived and within an hour the face mask had gone almost transparent and felt crisp, not great. Eye patches made my eyes sting and the oil capsules were rock hard so I couldn't get into them. Shampoo's alright, that's the only positive. Delivery was quick and packaging fine, but customer service were slow to reply and the skincare felt like a waste unless you snag a big discount.
Keeps my scalp and skin happy
Honestly, really pleased — this lot does what I needed. I was chasing something for a perpetually dry scalp and winter-parched skin, plus tired-looking under-eyes after too many late nights, and these have become my go-to. The matcha scalp oil I pop on before every wash helped calm the flakes, though the tiny capsules are a bit annoying (I use two each time and only have a bob, so bigger would be nicer). The body oil capsules are the perfect size and properly hydrate my skin. Tried the under-eye patches once and they were lovely, and the scalp/body scrubs feel decent. I buy when there’s an offer — better value that way.
