Overall, avoid ordering from these folks. I placed an order and waited five days with no reply or shipment, asked them to cancel by email, then weirdly something was shipped within 24 hours. It took over a month to arrive, the bottles were shattered and contents everywhere. I asked for a refund and got silence. It's not a total disaster, but you'll end up fighting your bank — I've had better from other sellers.
Looks dodgy, arrived fine
Pulled up in the middle of a flare, I ordered their cream because the ads promised miracle help. Looking back, the social posts smelled off, copy-paste testimonials and all that, but delivery was quick and the tube did something, not brilliant though — bit annoyed, but glad I had it.
Finally some proper contact
I’d ordered from Refress before and liked their hair bar, so I was surprised when this order went quiet — confirmed on 21 May and then nothing, just those automated replies. I started to assume it was lost. The moment I knew I’d be happy was when a real person emailed with a tracking number and an apology, and the parcel turned up a day later with a little free sample. Still annoyed by the radio silence though.
Lost parcel, quiet replies
I ordered this mid‑December to try over the holidays. By early January it still hadn’t arrived, despite the tracker claiming delivery the day before — really odd. I emailed about five times and got no reply, so I contacted my card provider. The product might’ve been promising but the lack of response and the delivery confusion ruined the experience. I also couldn’t find the dermatologist or those magazine recommendations they cite.
Not what it says on the tin
I'd give it a miss. I bought this because my scalp's been sore and my hair's thinning, so I really wanted something vegan and cruelty‑free — or so I thought. The site markets itself as American but the product's made in China, delivery took a month, and my six‑month supply arrived with crushed boxes and bottles with peeling labels. The free scalp brush looked nothing like the photo. I sent a few emails and got no reply. I haven't bothered to try the spray properly; don't expect much.
Useful texture, useless guarantee
I used this daily for a 90 day course because my hair went prematurely grey after a stressful move and I wanted something simple. The spray itself was easy to use — light mist, slightly tacky until it dried, mild smell and no staining, so it felt fine in use. After about three months there was no real difference, just wishful thinking. I emailed for the refund (it promises one) and got only an automated reply, then nothing. No phone number, no real contact. My card issuer said disputes are difficult after sixty days, so the guarantee felt useless. Quite disappointed.
