single-use sachets you just stir into squash, juice or a smoothie. She hates pills, so that was the selling point. Mixed in, it’s pretty neutral in taste; sometimes you can just tell there’s something different, but she never refused it, which made life easier on bad days. Texture-wise it dissolves fine, no gritty bits, although every now and then one sachet hasn’t mixed as smoothly as the others.
A sour surprise, mostly down to support
the drink left visible stains on my bottle and straw, and I noticed discolouration around composite dental work (so not great). What annoyed me more was customer service. I emailed explaining the problem and asked if I could swap back to Berry Burst (which I’d had no trouble with) and they basically suggested I visit my GP and brush my teeth after drinking. Then they told me to return unopened product for a refund — which is ridiculous because I’d already tried it and was reporting the experience. I’m still waiting on the follow-up email they promised. I don’t want to sound dramatic — maybe others are fine with the orange flavour — but if you’re citrus-sensitive, be careful. A bit more honesty on the ingredients and a sensible, human response from support would have sorted this quickly. My advice: company, improve the customer care and list what’s actually in your flavouring.
