I was doubtful at first because I’d left it rather late and needed the dress for Saturday, while the delivery estimate showed Monday. Other shops have let me down with that before, so I sent a slightly panicked message. To my surprise, someone sorted it quickly and it arrived with time to spare. The dress looked lovely on the night and I got a few nice comments too. Really pleased, honestly.
Straightforward from start to finish
The top arrived neatly packed and the updates along the way were actually useful, not just automated noise. Sadly the fit wasn’t right for me, which is always a bit annoying, but returning it was easy enough. I printed the label, sent it back and knew the postage would come off the refund. Compared with some marketplace sellers I’ve used, this felt much less hassle.
