Shocking service. Delivery appalling, items arrived damaged, no customer service. Degrading comments about how to take plastic off. Same email asking for photo’s despite broken want refunded due to company policy even though it’s broken. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. Referring to trading standards.
Personalised socks for Christmas present
Order never arrived and apparently it's 'company policy' that they can only offer 30% refund. Absolute joke. It's also a Chinese company under the guise of a UK web address. Scroll to the bottom and registered in Hong Kong. First they said it'll take a month to sort out, after a month had already passed. Then said do I want a replacement (they were Christmas presents and it's the end of January, so obviously not!) and so the only offer is they'll refund me 30% of my £85 order, even though my order never arrived!
