Replacement product due to issue
I had a small problem with the product I ordered, but when I contacted customer service, Cherry was really helpful in sorting it out. She made it easy for me by organising a replacement, which was great. I'm really impressed by their 90 day Customer Guarantee and how easy it was to keep in touch throughout. I would definitely recommend this company because of their excellent customer service.
Key ring purchase
I bought a key ring on the 5th of March, expecting it to arrive soon. However, it's now the 1st of April and I still haven't received it. I even paid for VIP service and shipping insurance to make sure it would arrive smoothly, but the tracking hasn't been updated since the 19th of March. I contacted customer support through email, and they replied promptly, but they couldn't give me any clear information about where my order is. This whole situation has really let me down, and I won't be buying from this company again.
Delicate charm purchase for daughter's Christmas gift
I was really happy when I bought a lovely charm for my daughter's first Christmas without her dad, but got pretty upset when it broke after just three months. I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, but they told me the 90-day warranty had run out because I bought it a month before Christmas. I tried to explain that she had only worn it for about 10 weeks, but they couldn't help. I'm really disappointed with how they handled it and won't be buying anything from them again.
Delayed birthday present order
I ordered a gift from this company for a birthday, but it's been so frustrating. I placed my order on 7th February and it still hasn't arrived. I've spoken to customer service twice and got different stories about my order. One person said it would be sent on 4th March, another said it wasn't ready yet. Apparently, it's been in production since 28th February, causing delays. I'll wait until Monday to see if it comes, but if not, I'll ask for a refund. This situation has been embarrassing as I had to explain the delay to the birthday person. I'm really disappointed and won't be using this company again. Next time, I'll go for a quicker and more reliable option like Etsy.
Photo bracelet
I was pretty disappointed with the photo bracelet I got as a gift. After just 5 weeks, the glass got all foggy and I couldn't see the photo anymore. I contacted the company and they said they'd replace it, but we had to pay £6.99 for delivery. I didn't think a new one would be any better, so I asked for a refund instead. I haven't heard back from them yet.

Customised jewellery order
I recently ordered some personalised jewellery and it was really quick and easy. I also ordered from another company at the same time, and this one was definitely quicker. The quality of the jewellery is decent, not the best material but for the price, it's alright. I didn't need to get in touch with customer service so I can't say much about that. The best thing is that I only had to wait 11 days for my custom order, which is awesome!
Snowflake pendant and bracelet wristband purchase
I was really happy with how quickly the delivery arrived, just in time for Christmas! The Snowflake pendant was so beautiful and such a unique idea. Though, I did have to fix the bracelet wristband a bit because one of the links wasn't fully closed, which was a bit disappointing. The photos of the items could have been clearer, but they still looked amazing up close. All in all, I'm really pleased with both items and the idea of keeping loved ones close.

Replacement after 2 months
I was getting really annoyed after waiting 2 months for my order to arrive, only to discover it hadn't even been sent out yet. Luckily, Cherry from customer service managed to sort me out with a replacement in the end. I'm grateful for them fixing things, but it would've been way better if they'd sorted it out sooner. The whole thing has left me feeling a bit let down and wondering if I'd bother ordering from them again.

I just wanted to share that I had a really positive experience with two lovely customer service reps called Cherry and Elyka. They were so helpful and kind when I reached out with my query. It's not often you find such fantastic employees who go above and beyond to assist customers, and I genuinely value their commitment to top-notch service. I think they deserve recognition and maybe even a reward for their fantastic work ethic and friendly approach with customers.
Bracelet order
I ordered a bracelet at the end of January or start of February, but I can't quite remember when. After I placed the order, I got an email saying there would be a delay and it wouldn't arrive until the 16th of February. This was disappointing because it was meant to be a Valentine's Day gift. They also told me the machine broke and they were out of stock for all bracelet string colours. Despite being given reassurance, I still haven't received my order, and the company hasn't been in touch. So, I've decided to ask for a refund and try to find the item somewhere else. I also thought the website was based in the UK, which influenced my decision to order from them.

I made a mistake buying a bracelet and charm from this company and it was a real nightmare. Firstly, my bank card got hacked right after I bought them – totally not okay. When I tried to sort out the delivery problems, they quickly turned it into my fault instead of owning up to it. They really don't care about consumer rights or good customer service. After all the hassle of collecting my order from the courier depot, I was so disappointed. The photo frame I got had a terrible quality image that looked like it was drawn by a child, and the engraving on the charm was so small I needed a magnifying glass to read it. Do yourself a favour and just spend a bit more on the real deal from a trustworthy brand like Pandora.
Delayed order, disappointing customer service
I am absolutely shocked by the lack of communication and efficiency from this company. It's been three weeks and my order still hasn't been dispatched. Every time I try to contact their customer service online, they either cancel my chat or don't reply at all. They told me my order needed to pass inspection, which would only take 1-2 days, but it's been a whole week and it's still 'producing'. The delivery date has already passed, and now I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever receive my order. It's really disappointing when you're relying on these gifts to be special and they can't deliver on time.
