Engraved disc necklace for new mother
When I became a new mum back in June 2022, my partner treated me to a lovely disc necklace with our son's name and birth date engraved on it. It quickly became a favourite piece of mine, and I hardly ever took it off. But as time went on, I noticed that the pendant didn't look as shiny as before. So, I decided to get a gold cleaner to give it a good polish, hoping to bring back its original sparkle.

I recently bought a silver heart charm bracelet from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the quality. The charm itself was very small and thin, and the Liberty 'braid' it came on was just a small scrap of fabric. I paid £40 for it, so I was expecting something much better. Looking back, I should have chosen a bracelet with a disc instead of the tiny heart, but the website was confusing with so many similar options. The product photo made the charm look bigger than it really was, which was misleading. When I contacted them about my concerns, they only offered a discount on a second bracelet, which would have cost me another £28. The quality of their products has definitely gone down since I bought one for my older daughter five years ago.
