Outstanding dresses!!
I am such a big fan of Rosewe, They have so many dresses. Seriously, i can't stop myself from buying dresses from here. they have all kind of dresses for every kind and occasion. So, for my office party, i wanted to buy something stylish yet super hot dress for me. But due to meeting i dont have time for that. Also, i forget to buy the dress, on last Sunday I visit RoseWe website and i was like why i never knew such website exists! this is really amazing.

Even though my order got delivered to the wrong address, I have to say Rosewe's customer service team has been really helpful in trying to sort it out. Even though the problem isn't fixed yet, I'm grateful they've stayed in touch with me and are working on resolving the issue. It's good to know they're owning up to their mistake and are willing to help me out.

Poor customer service, creased dress, delayed refund
I bought a dress from this company not long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The customer service was rubbish and the dress I got was a right mess. It was all creased up and looked like someone else had already worn it, no tags or nothing. I did everything they said to return it and now it's been ages and I still haven't got my money back. I'm annoyed and just not happy at all with how it's all been dealt with. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

Dress purchase with expedited shipping
I ordered a dress on the 17th and paid extra for faster shipping, hoping it would be here between the 22-28. But, the dress wasn't sent out until the 26th and now it's the 29th and still no sign of it. The tracking info says it won't get here until the 31st. I'm pretty gutted and annoyed because I forked out a fair bit for quick delivery, almost as much as the dress cost, and it's taking longer than they said it would.

I have this lovely black dress with pretty sleeves and it's just awesome! It's my favourite thing to wear to parties because I feel like a princess in it. The material is really nice and it fits me like a glove.
