Mid-move miracle
I'd buy from them again — mid-move, they saved my aching back; great prices, delivery was shockingly quick, and a cheeky handwritten note was a nice surprise.
Charge twice, no reply
I needed a mattress fast because of chronic back pain and a last-minute move. I hesitated — online payments making me wary, especially after a bad experience. nice packing and the price was decent, so I was pleased. One thing though: the site makes it look like a local seller but if you check the delivery details everything ships from the US, so expect 10+ days. Not disastrous, but wish that was clearer up front. Still happy with the product itself.

Customs hit me for roughly €40 extra (felt like a third of the cost), which stung. Delivery also dragged on — about 28 days despite the claimed 4–9 business days. To be fair, the toy itself is better than I expected, fits into my evenings and is quietly well made. Mixed bag, really.

That night I knew it worked
my partner once grabbed it as a joke and later picked up an infection because I hadn't cleaned it properly, so do be careful. Needs antibacterial material, but otherwise I'd recommend it.
Non-EU device selection
