Halfway through checkout I had that nagging feeling, but I went ahead because it was for my daughter's birthday. Turned out to be right — parcel 'misplaced', promised a refund in ten days and then silence. Sent loads of emails, no proper reply. Bit upsetting, lost trust and had to scramble for another gift. Still annoyed.
Nearly gave up, but refund came through
Honestly, I was ready to write them off, but it worked out in the end. A mate raved about the product so I ordered, saw no tracking and then got an email saying it was lost in the post. They promised a refund within 16 days which didn't arrive straight away — I chased them — and after a chase the money finally turned up. Bit slow, but solved.
