Sat in my kitchen thinking "here we go again" when I noticed they'd charged me $60 for "express" postage that never happened. For a while it was a mess — they blamed me for not reading the small print, no parcel when expected, classic shrug. I rang them, sarcastic I admit, and after a couple of back-and-forths someone actually apologised, refunded part and arranged delivery. Not perfect, and the price thing still stings, but I ended up with my order and a friendlier tone on the phone.
Good suits, awkward owner
I picked up the suits last month and tried one on that evening. The fabric is surprisingly soft and the cut sits well on the shoulders — pockets neat, seams tidy. Wore one to a meeting and it felt right. Trouble started when the owner phoned about an alleged undercharge. We argued, he got rude and later supplied dodgy paperwork to my card company saying he'd been unwell visiting me. I've got proof and will sort it legally, but the suits are decent.
Favourite fabric, rubbish timing

My only tip: book an appointment and be clear about what you want, don’t be shy. Price felt fair for proper bespoke work and delivery was spot on. I'm properly chuffed and have already told a couple of mates to give them a go.
