Cardigan and top purchase
I recently bought a cardigan and a top from this shop and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how nice they are. Both the cardigan and top are made with 100% wool and feel really luxurious. But when the cardigan arrived, it was a bit small for me. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and helpful they were. A lady called Eve replied to me within a couple of hours and sorted out an exchange for a larger size straight away. I was so happy that they managed to sort it out in time as I was going away in a few days. Overall, I'm really pleased with the quality of the items and the fantastic customer service I received. I'll definitely be recommending this shop to my family and friends and will be coming back for more shopping in the future.
Best store for female clothing.
I was invited for a dinner date and was out of what to wear that day. So I decided to check up some online store only to discover that Sisterhood was 8 kilometres from where I live. So I took a ride down there to see what could work for my body. I saw nice wears but at first, I soughted for comfort more than just what they looked like.
I was persuaded to try some. I did and I found a perfect match for my body. The pricing wasn't out of my budget but truthfully the dress was worth more than what it was sold at. I'm preparing to change my woodrobe and I'll be going back there to purchase some of the beautiful dresses I saw that day.High quality clothes, website accurate, glitching returns portal, great customer service, exchange.
I just bought some clothes from Sisterhood and honestly, I'm so pleased with the quality. They looked just as good in person as they did on the website, you know, which is always a nice surprise when you're shopping online. But when I tried to make an exchange, I ran into a little issue with the returns portal. Luckily, Eve from the customer service team was there to help me out. She not only fixed the problem but also walked me through the exchange process super efficiently and professionally. A massive shoutout to Eve for her amazing service.

Brianna coat
I bought the Brianna coat from this shop not long ago and I was really let down by the quality of the fabric. I spent a hefty £190 on it and was surprised to see the fabric starting to bobble quite a lot after only wearing it once. The coat looked way cheaper than what I paid for it, which was disappointing and frustrating. It's a shame that brands like this one can lure in customers with their fancy advertising, only to disappoint them with low-quality products. Needless to say, I returned my order as soon as it arrived.

I was really excited about getting my order from Sisterhood because their clothes looked amazing on their website. But when my stuff turned up, I was really let down. The clothes didn't fit right at all, especially the waistbands on the shorts and trousers were much too big. The quality was pretty bad too, with threads coming loose and some things almost see-through. And I was shocked by the return policy - it turns out sale items can't be refunded. Seemed like a sneaky way to stop people getting their money back, especially since most things on their site were always on sale. They gave me credit for returns, but I was just disappointed by everything I got. The clothes were great online, but in real life they just didn't measure up. It was a hassle trying to find something good to spend my credit on. Out of loads of orders, I only kept one dress because I was so fed up.
