Honestly, I'd still recommend them — good bit of money but worth it. I've shopped Sisterhood since 2020 and most pieces have stood up well, worn again and again, people actually stop and ask where it's from. The prints and cut are lovely, even if sometimes delivery's a tad slow and the price makes me think twice. Compared to other brands, this felt reliably better, so I'm pleased.
Quietly reliable
Wasn't sure at first — I'd had flimsy pieces before and needed smart everyday clothes for work. The pieces feel well made and fit nicely. Not flawless; one top stretched a bit after a few washes. Still my go-to for simple, reliable wardrobe staples.
Still not convinced
Halfway trying it on I remembered why I hesitated — the price felt high for what it is. I bought this dress for a weekend do and at first glance it seemed fine, but the fabric already looked a bit faded, which annoyed me. I sent it back and got a return confirmation, and was told refunds take about 10 business days. A month later nothing had arrived in my account and two emails to customer service went unanswered. Only when I filed a claim through Monzo did they finally refund me. Bit of a faff, really — glad it worked out in the end, but the aftercare needs proper sorting.
Mixed feelings about this splurge
There I was on the doorstep, freezing and thinking I'd finally splurged sensibly — £245 on a coat for my awful commute and the back pain that hates the cold. I did my homework, saw raves about comfort, cut the tag off in excitement and then... not great. The wool's a bit scratchy, the colour reads almost grey and it really doesn't trap heat like you'd expect. I was properly annoyed at first. After a few tries with a merino base layer and a big scarf (and a quick steam to relax the fibres) it's actually pretty usable. Still not perfect, but I'm calmer now.

I've been a fan of this brand for so long, and I have to say, their products just keep getting better. The new SS24 collection is definitely a winner. Brianna coat
I bought the Brianna coat from this shop not long ago and I was really let down by the quality of the fabric. I spent a hefty £190 on it and was surprised to see the fabric starting to bobble quite a lot after only wearing it once. The coat looked way cheaper than what I paid for it, which was disappointing and frustrating. I had high expectations for this coat and really hoped to adore it, but unfortunately the low-quality fabric ruined it for me.
Helpful customer service
The customer service at that place was absolutely fantastic! I was having some trouble finding the right size, but the staff were really helpful and patient, they stayed with me until I found the perfect fit. And on top of that, they sorted out an exchange for me really quickly and with no fuss. It's not often you come across such helpful and considerate service nowadays, but that place definitely went above and beyond.
