Love it — really pleased. I bought the raspberry linen set because we’d just moved and my back needed better bedding, and it’s soft and supportive. One piece was out of stock but they kept me updated and sent it quickly. Colour’s spot on, now I want another.
Nearly didn't bother
I was so sceptical after 18 months of renovation orders going wrong, I almost didn't buy this. Saw it on a mate's Instagram story and he insisted. Took a chance — item arrived intact, right colour and earlier than expected. Still a tiny scuff on the box, but proper relief, honest.
Short trial, no refund
Wasn’t comfy after one night under a cover, so I packed the mattress topper back into its box and asked to return it within two days. They flatly refused. Felt like a waste of £112 — you need to try things once to know. Oddly, delivery arrived quickly. I’d warn others about returns.
Late but comfy
Was half-asleep on my mate's sofa when I noticed these pillows and she raved about them, so I ordered. They eventually turned up and are actually cosy — soft but a tad flat at the edges, with a faint new-plastic smell that went after a day. Useful for reading in bed. Communication was terrible though, no updates while they were delayed, which was annoying.
Ripped bag, sore mood
Took ages to arrive and when it did everything was just shoved in thin plastic; the bag was ripped in five places, pillows hanging out and visibly dirty — at a time like this hygiene matters. I've had better packaging from other firms. Now I'm faffing about with emails and phone calls for a refund, slow responses, frankly annoying.

Nice look, iffy fitteds
Honestly, I'm pretty happy overall, but the fitted sheets let it down a bit. I love the colours and the flat sheets have been fine, really soft and bright, so that part worked. The fitted ones, though, have worn thin after a few years and started to pill and even form holes — they seem loosely woven and shed a fair bit. I've had sturdier linen from other brands, yet I still like these for the look; might buy again but skip the fitted.
Late, then sorted
Halfway through moving day I noticed the mattress still wasn't here; I needed it for my bad back and I was anxious. I sent a stack of emails, rang the number — it said 'this phone number is not recognised' — and the chat was always offline. For a while I thought they'd gone bust. After few more messages someone finally replied and they arranged delivery; two days late but that fixed it.
Settling-in sheets
Halfway through unpacking the bed I was still sceptical — I'd moved into a new flat and my old sheets were thinning, giving me bad nights and a grumpy back. I ordered two days ago and worried the 'white' would be off or they wouldn't fit the superking. None of that happened. The linen feels good, sits nicely on the mattress and the colour is a bright white which matches. Customer service answered a couple of daft questions quickly. Pleased, will get more.
Lovely linen, bit of a faff
soft, cool and nicely weighted. I first saw these on a mate’s bed and she pushed me to try them, so I ordered two and set of Egyptian cotton towels. Delivery dragged and the towels still haven’t arrived; I’ve emailed customer service and it’s slow. Despite that, I do like the linen, I’d buy again if QC improves.
Oddly relieved
I wasn't expecting much after a bit of a saga trying to get hold of customer service, but honestly the item itself is lovely so I'm oddly relieved. Phone number went nowhere, chat fizzled out and emails sat unread — that was really frustrating. The return was a faff too; Yodel wouldn't take it because of the box size and I kept carrying it back and forth. I've had worse experiences elsewhere, so at least the product makes up for some of it. I'm glad I bought it overall, but I hope they sort their support out soon.
Soft at first, saggy now
Bought a pair of medium-soft Hungarian goose down mix pillows after reading a rave piece in a paper — they felt plump and lovely out of the box and suited my habit of sleeping on my back (which I care about). A few weeks in, though, both have seriously sagged; no amount of fluffing gets them back to that original loft and my head’s almost touching the mattress. Glad they were comfy to begin with, but for the price I expected them to last a bit longer. Bit disappointed, really.
Pillow drama, not the cosy kind
they’re expensive, and now they sit without proper protection (just a tight pillowcase). Bit gutted, to be honest.
Arrived fast, not what it said
I remember unwrapping it on the kitchen table, neck still aching from a week of bad sleep. I’d ditched a flat, rubbish pillow and ordered this one because it said 90% Hungarian goose down — thought it might help. The parcel turned up quickly and tidy, delivery was spot on, which I liked. But when I felt the filling it seemed mostly feathers, not the plush down I expected. I rang customer service; they were polite and apologetic and said other people had noticed the same thing. It’s not perfect, a bit annoying, and the description feels misleading, but the pillow actually works better than my old one. I might keep it, but check before you buy.
Mattress cover purchase
I bought a mattress cover from this place recently and I have to say, it's really great. It's made of pure cotton and has definitely made my bed more comfortable.
