I was half expecting a proper faff when I ordered this, mostly because I’d read a couple of moans online about returns and rude staff. Still, I thought I'd chance it — and honestly, the thing itself is brilliant for my day-to-day. I chuck it in my bag every morning for work, it's survived a few knocks and still works fine (mostly exactly as advertised). The only hiccup was a brief mix-up with my address, which had me worried, but customer service sorted it out faster than I expected and were polite in the end. So yeah, I went in sceptical and came out happy — would buy again.
Bit of a faff
I grabbed some spray paint for weekend touch-ups on the garden gate and a lamp I wanted to refresh. At first it sputtered and left drips, so I rang them and they basically suggested it was my fault — no real help, just a shrug. I did manage to get a decent finish after a lot of fiddling and thinning, so I'm a bit relieved, but it shouldn't be so awkward. Delivery was quick, but I doubt I'll buy from them again.
