my parcel was sent to a pick-up point instead of my doorstep (where it usually goes), and when I phoned to ask why the rep basically insisted it was my choice and wouldn’t look into it. She said she’d call back, then cut me off without even a goodbye — yes, really. It’s a small thing but it felt disrespectful, and I’ve had friendlier, quicker fixes from other brands. That said, the item itself was fine and the site is easy to use (I’ve ordered before no problem), so I’m not writing them off. Just wish they handled hiccups with a bit more politeness and a willingness to check properly — that would make a repeat customer feel better.
Good clothes, shaky service
I like the kit but the customer service left a sour taste. Their trousers and shirts are exactly what I wear to work and at the weekend — decent fit, wearable fabrics, and not ridiculously priced — so I keep coming back. Problem was my last order: it ended up at a general pick‑up point even though previous deliveries went to my door. I phoned and the agent kept repeating that it was my original choice, which felt like a brush‑off, then said they'd call back and just hung up without a goodbye. Bit rude, and it made sorting the parcel more of a faff than it needed to be. I’ll still buy because the clothes actually do what I need day‑to‑day, but they should sort clearer delivery options and train staff to be a touch more human on the phone.
Returned parcel and a missing €50 — awkward experience
The morning of my partner’s birthday I was sitting with a coffee, thinking the present would turn up any minute. I’d ordered it late October for €450 and planned to use it every day — it would have been perfect for our morning routine and the odd trip out. Instead I got a message a few days later saying the parcel had been returned and a refund would follow. No proper explanation, the customer service rep couldn’t say why it wasn’t deliverable, just that I’d be reimbursed. Fine, ok. Except the refund that appeared this morning was €400, not €450. So now I’m out €50 and without the gift. I’ve rung them several times; conversations are clumsy because their support is mainly in English and I keep getting different answers. They promised to sort it, but I’ve lost time and trust. I’ll keep chasing the money — the product itself looked great for daily use, which makes the whole thing more frustrating. Would use them again only if they fix the communication and delivery properly.
Short-changed, no parcel
avoid them — I never got the parcel and they short-paid me €50. I ordered on 26 October for a birthday present and was waiting, obviously. On 30 October I was told the order had been returned and that a refund would follow, no proper reason given. I rang customer service and they couldn’t explain why it couldn’t be delivered, just that I’d be reimbursed. That sounded OK until this morning when the refund landed — only €400 instead of €450. So no present and €50 missing, which is irritating. Oddly, the refund did actually appear quickly, so that was a small surprise in an otherwise poor experience. The service is awkward too, mainly English support which makes everything slower and clunkier for me. It’s wasted time having to chase it up and find another gift at short notice. My advice: keep every email and your bank details handy, don’t accept vague promises, and push them or your bank if it’s short. I’ll keep calling until I get the extra €50 back.
Bit rocky to start, but not a disaster
a bit messy up front, but it turned out OK — and I’d consider ordering again, which surprised me. I ordered three pairs of MAC trousers on 26 June because one pair was listed as "same day shipping" and the other two showed roughly a week’s delivery. Charged straight away, which I expected, but then the next day I got an email saying all three were on backorder and would take one to two weeks. That made me raise an eyebrow (and I have had similar shifty experiences with other retailers, so I was naturally wary). A week later another message arrived saying two were actually out of stock and that I’d need to ask for a refund if I wanted one — which felt odd, why should I have to chase a refund for something they no longer have?
But, to their credit, when I did request the refund it came through within a few days, so that part was fine. The odd thing was the single pair that had said "same day shipping" only showed up nearly three weeks after I ordered. So delivery communications were not great, and I wouldn’t rely on their timing if you need something for a specific date. Still, the pant that did arrive was exactly as described and fit nicely, and the refund process was painless enough. I stayed sceptical for a bit (mostly because of the mixed messages and being charged before availability was confirmed), but in the end I’m reasonably happy with the outcome. If they can tighten up their stock info and stop charging before confirming availability, this could be a really decent option. For now: cautious thumbs up — good product, mixed delivery experience.
