I was really impressed with how fast SwimInn delivered my order, and how professional their service was. All throughout the buying process, I felt like they were taking good care of me. The customer service was terrible because the items listed as available on the website were actually not in stock, causing a delay in my order. Even though I ordered the goggles more than two months ago and they were supposed to be in stock, they still haven't arrived. I tried reaching out to customer service several times to find out what was going on, but all I got were generic responses that didn't help at all. The lack of communication and attention to detail was really frustrating. I bought some swim goggles from SwimInn recently and I'm pretty happy with them. They came just as described and were the exact ones I wanted. The only thing that threw me off a bit was that they were in a plastic package instead of the usual cardboard box. But, the goggles themselves were in great condition and worked perfectly, just like I hoped they would.

The Zone3 swimshort 3/5 mm has been amazing for me. It really helps keep my lower body afloat and makes me faster in the water by reducing drag. It fits well and feels great to wear, the material is top notch. I would definitely suggest this to anyone wanting to improve their swimming.
Swimming pool robot purchase
I bought a swimming pool robot for about £950 not long ago. It's a shame because it broke down after just a couple of months. I sent it back for a return three weeks back but haven't heard anything from the company yet, even after reaching out to them several times. It's really annoying and I don't know what to do next.
Swimwear purchase
This shopping experience has been an absolute nightmare! To start with, it took ages for my order to turn up. And when it eventually did, they sent me the wrong size! I attempted to send it back, but their returns process just kept on rejecting my request. I spent ages trying to get in touch with their customer service, but couldn't find an email address or contact number anywhere. And now I'm stuck with an item that doesn't fit and set me back more than £30.
