padded box, styrofoam cradle and an extra PVC bag so privacy wasn’t an issue either. I’ve had a dodgy experience elsewhere where a parcel arrived battered and it put me off, but this felt different, proper care. I’m honestly pleased with all my purchases from them so far, recommend the doll and most of their range. Little bit smug now, but also relieved — that satisfying click when you realise something actually delivers on its promise.
