Love going in this store as they have a fantastic section of classy clothes at really good prices. I went to the branch inside Dobbies garden centre Speke to take something back. The item was damaged and it was exchanged by a lovely lady named Marie who was very very helpful, cheerful and pleasant. She sorted my problem out within minutes. I was so pleased with her attitude that i even decided to purchase some slippers too. She was a credit to the store and i will call again that's for sure!

I brought a jumper and I went to wear it has big hole in it went to store to change jumper I had no receipt miss placed it the shop staff said can't change jumper
I go it store every week to buy cloths I could open my own store with cloths I brought from the store
They know me I buy lots cloths there BUT I WON'T ANY MORE VERY BAD CUSTOMERS POLICE FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS2103927LL222 and 2103925NV222
I bought these 2 pairs of cotton cropped trousers for my holiday. The first time I wore 2103925NV222 and took them off I noticed the double stitching on the insides of both legs had come away, even though they had felt loose and comfortable. I managed to wear 2103927LL222 3 times when the material just came away from the stitching on the inside leg.
I have always been very happy with the quality of EWM goods, so this is the first time I have been dissatisfied. Having read a previous review where a customer was refused a refund, simply for taking a tag off to try the garment, I am not bothering to pursue that route, having worn both pairs of trousers. I have instead acquired 2 dusters/paint rags, and expressed my disappointment via the review process.buy cialis online
we purchased one tee pais yellow one bls ss bamboo and one skt cdc bamboo after we got home my wife tried them on but they wouldnt fit so we took them back if the fitting rooms were open we would not have return them she could try them on in store and if they dont fit ten we dont lose out as we would not have to return them
Awsome stuff
i bought women knitwear ,They have an amazing collection, super quality
I bought a denim skirt at this shop. When I got home and tried it on, I realised there was not a lot of leg room in it. Today I returned the skirt, and receipt to my local EWS. I was told I could not change the skirt, because I had removed the tag attached to the skirt. I had taken it off, when I tried the skirt at home. So I was not able to change the skirt, or claim the money back even though I had the receipt on me. I am devastated!!

I just popped in to the Norwich dept today for a general look around. Having come across a possible jacket for my husband, the assistant Ollie was faultless and thorough in his role. He called another store, gave us the relevant information so we could order online if wanted. He wasn’t pushy but attentive and polite! A real credit to the company. Thank you Ollie.
Now that's called British clothing, exquisite and sophisticated
I am fan of a elite class clothing, simply saying British clothing.
It's hard these days to get a good thing with a good price.
However, price doesn't much bother me but with EWM, their price for the astonishing quality is unmatching.
I wouldn't say it is cheap and it should be as well. THe cost matches the quality as perfect as it could be.
reatian chain is really cool. THEY HAVE range of cothing .. they have casual but its not funky or something absurd.
It is elite, tradtiional or say classical .. brands they have is greatI think you will find very little that is made in Britain sold in EWM, maybe the biscuits!!!!!

About Edinburgh Woollen Mill
Edinburgh Woollen Mill was founded in 1946 by Drew Stevenson as a yarn dying company, before turning to clothing retail in 1970 when it opened its first store in Edinburgh. Philip Day, the Dubai-based billionaire, took over management of the ailing company in 2002, and is now the sole owner. Since then it has not only increased its UK-wide fleet of EWM stores to 265 but also acquired several external brands. The clothing brands they acquired include Jane Norman, a female clothing retailer with 78 stores and international attention, Proquip, the Ryder Cup European Tour sponsor that specializes in waterproof clothing, and Peacocks, a fashion retail chain. Outside of this, they also own Ponden Home, a home furnishing store with 91 outlets. The EWM stores themselves stock a wide range of clothing, from jackets to knitwear to footwear, often divided between exclusive brands such as James Pringle, The Cashmere Shop, The Golf Company, and Harris Tweed. The recent resurgence of Harris Tweed and other woollen based clothing means that although the company's customer base is 45+, it advertises its clothing as having 'ageless style'.
Here is a look at tweed, a traditional fabric EWM always stocks. High street stores offer a range of clothing, jackets, and other outdoor wares for men & women, and emphasize a knowledgeable retail experience. The company also owns 88 tourist and visitor shops, largely in Scotland, which benefit from selling location-based cultural products and gift items to a reliable stream of tourists drawn to the area for its cultural significance. The company also provides its range of products and brands to local, independent stores looking to capitalize on the cultural weight of EWM's brands. Since 2008 they have also had an online retail platform, allowing customers to peruse their wide range of available products electronically.
