I had the basket open for two days because I’m a bit suspicious of online shops, especially when the prices look decent. Thought there had to be a catch. There wasn’t, thankfully. Ordering was straightforward, the parcel arrived quicker than expected, and customer service actually replied like real people rather than a robot with a tie on. The item was spot on too. I’ll probably be back, which is saying something for me.
Better than I expected, honestly
I nearly talked myself out of buying the bag because the price seemed a bit too low, if I’m honest. I left it sitting in the basket for a few days and checked other sites first, after having a dodgy experience with another retailer before. In the end I went for it, and I’m glad I did. The bag looks really nice in person and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Delivery to the US took 11 days during the holiday rush, which felt pretty reasonable. Tracking could have been a little clearer at one point, but it arrived without any customs hassle. Not perfect, but a very solid experience.
Almost there, but a bit messy
I thought I’d paid for the jeans, but after ordering they said the price was for a T‑shirt and the actual jeans were much more. Not great. On the plus side the team were honest about the mistake, refunded me fast and tried to sort a cheaper option, which I appreciated. Still, I never got to feel the fabric or test the fit, and that’s the whole point for jeans. My advice: grab screenshots and double‑check before you hit buy.
Careful buy, pleasantly surprised
I wasn't sure about ordering — it felt a bit too good to be true and I'd been burned before by places that cram a bag in a tatty box. Honestly, I was sceptical. First loafers arrived from France to me in about four days and they were packaged really well, which was a pleasant surprise. The second one had a couple of light scratches so they held back and only sent it after I said it was okay, and knocked a bit off the price. Bit of a faff, but fair. Customer service were actually quick and polite when I messaged them. Overall not perfect, but I’d buy again.
