I thought I’d paid for the jeans, but after ordering they said the price was for a T‑shirt and the actual jeans were much more. Not great. On the plus side the team were honest about the mistake, refunded me fast and tried to sort a cheaper option, which I appreciated. Still, I never got to feel the fabric or test the fit, and that’s the whole point for jeans. My advice: grab screenshots and double‑check before you hit buy.
Careful buy, pleasantly surprised
I wasn't sure about ordering — it felt a bit too good to be true and I'd been burned before by places that cram a bag in a tatty box. Honestly, I was sceptical. First loafers arrived from France to me in about four days and they were packaged really well, which was a pleasant surprise. The second one had a couple of light scratches so they held back and only sent it after I said it was okay, and knocked a bit off the price. Bit of a faff, but fair. Customer service were actually quick and polite when I messaged them. Overall not perfect, but I’d buy again.
