Quality T-Shirt
I recently bought a really nice T-shirt from this company and I was so impressed with it. The material was top-notch and it fitted me perfectly. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first. The customer service I got when I returned it and exchanged it for the right size was fantastic. They were so helpful and made the whole process really quick and easy. I liked that they sent me friendly, personal emails instead of the usual generic ones you get from most companies. It's also great to know that they follow ethical practices and use biodegradable packaging. I recently bought some t-shirts from this company and I have to say, I was really happy with the whole experience. I have to say, I'm not one for online shopping usually and I tend to steer clear of clicking on adverts because I worry about being let down. Nevertheless, I came across something great by chance recently and thought I'd give it a go. Let me tell you, Spark was really impressive! I was a bit disappointed at first because the item I was after wasn't in stock anymore. But, Jenny from customer service really went out of her way to help me find a good alternative. Her friendly and helpful approach made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

When it comes to clothes, I'm quite fussy. I prefer my outfits to have smart, cheeky slogans, and I always try to back companies that care about sustainability and ethics. I must say, I might be the life of the party with my clever t-shirts, but I can spot a great company when I see one. The Spark Co is definitely one of those companies. I ordered something on the 25th of May and still haven't got it. Quite disappointing really, especially since they took my payment straight away. I tried contacting customer service twice but no luck, never got a response. It's odd to see all these good reviews when my experience has been pretty bad. In the end, I had to order the same thing from a different company that shipped it within 24 hours. Hopefully, by giving this review, I might finally hear back from them, since they've ignored me before.
