Opened the parcel and for a second I thought they'd missed an item. Delivery was pretty quick though, which was nice. I contacted customer service and yes, there was a hiccup — they initially didn't have all the details, but they actually picked it up and sorted the missing bit within a couple of days. Friendly, clear replies. Not flawless, I had to chase once, but they were helpful in the end. Felt reassured, a bit relieved even. If you're ordering, double-check on arrival and ping them if anything's odd — it helps. Would use again.
A bit of a muddle, to be honest

There was that tiny relief when I slit the tape and saw the chain sitting neat in its box.
