I thought I'd share a weird one — ordered four bits, paid £132, got an email saying they'd been handed over to Royal Mail Tracked24. So you can imagine my face when Royal Mail said they never got them. It's the mismatch that bugs me most, that tracking claim — that's the bit I'll keep going on about. Getting hold of the seller was faffy, no phone number, just slow email replies that felt curt and a bit dismissive. They insisted they'd only refund once I'd returned the items, which is daft when nothing was ever sent. I've had better luck with other shops, honestly, so this felt off. Still, I appreciate that they did reply eventually, even if unhelpfully, but then radio silence. They even asked me to leave a review afterwards, which was odd. Not malicious necessarily, maybe sloppy, but either way it's a hassle. Just thought I'd warn you and save you the faff I had.
Not worth the faff
Funny little saga — I was expecting a simple parcel of bras and ended up spending weeks chasing it. Order went through, I got the "on its way" email on 9 March, then the tracking froze and Royal Mail kept saying they're still awaiting the item. I sent quite a few emails and felt like I was being fobbed off, answers that didn't really answer anything. I never actually saw the bras, so I can't tell you how they feel on me, though from the pictures I had the usual hopes for something soft and well-fitting. In the end they did refund the full £126 on 23 March, with an apology, which I appreciated — relief more than joy, really, as I was moving house that week. Bit annoyed it took so long and that the system seemed broken somewhere between them and the courier. I've had quicker, neater refunds from other shops, so this left me sceptical; glad it was resolved but I wouldn't order from them again. Others may have better luck though.
Wrong size, right result
I was faffing about on a wet Tuesday, unsure if this seller was worth a punt. I found what I wanted but typed the wrong size — typical. I rang up (well, emailed) and nervously waited. They replied quickly and changed it, which took a big weight off. Got the right size a few days later and tried it straight away. Fits fine, no drama. Felt a stupid relief, but genuinely pleased.
Good, with a niggle
I wear this cotton bra every day — simple as that. It matches the description and feels fine under jumpers and work shirts. Delivery was prompt and packed with minimal waste, customer service responsive when I asked. The only gripe is the nearly £5 postage, to be fair.
Last-minute win
Was rushing to sort last-minute Christmas bits and found their site straightforward, loads to choose from; order arrived late — predictable for the season — but I’ve used them before and was pleased it worked out, really.
Quick, neatly packed
I wasn’t sure at first — bought the same bra years ago from another shop and it was a bit ropey, so I hesitated. Ordering went smoothly, updates came in regularly and it arrived sooner than I expected, nicely wrapped and sturdy. That eased my doubts. Really pleased, it's the sort of reliable service you want, happy I chose them.
