My grandmother was ill so i ordered some flowers from here. but the first time, i really love the range of flowers they have. They sell world's most beautiful and gorgeous flowers. Also, they have every kind of flower for every kind of occasion. Thir presenting was extremely good, i am satisfied with the services and also i loved that i can get the fresh, beautiful and unique flower bouquet at my hone without moving a single bone.
The only problem with Waitrose flowers is the terrible YODEL so called delivery service, it's not just the flowers, it's wine and whatever you order, I don't blame Waitrose at all, but suggest they change from YODEL.
My husband bought this bag of flowers which contained ranaculas, hyacinths, roses, narcissus and eucalyptus. It was beautiful, bought from Waitrose store even the shop assistant commented how lovely it looked. Imagine my disappointment when 3 days later they were dead. Daffodils bought for £1 on the same day are still beautiful today. Moral don't spend money on
Never will I shop from waitrose again! Ordered flowers for a special occasion, they never came on the day then when it did arrive the flowers were not presentable at all neither was the bent and wet card inside! The flowers came in a smaller bunch than the picture and was overly priced at £35 I could get the same flowers for a tenner in Morrison asda or tesco.
Simply the worst flowers I have ever received. My sister in law sent them to me. My Mum Passed away it was supposed to cheer me up. I cried. The flowers were half dead, broken and hardly anything there. It was so upsetting and supposed to have the opposite affect. Simply awful
Very, very poor. Nothing like website picture. Contacted customer services who agreed the photo of lack of bulbs and display was poor. Replacement duly sent of scented spring posy in a jug. Very poor and sparse. Tulips gone over and bruised. Will most definitely not be using Waitrose flower service again.
I tried on 29 December to order letterbox alstroemerias for my friend in Scotland. Having gone through the order process I learned that flowers cannot be delivered to my friend’s postcode. Very disappointing and frustrating. Perhaps the system could be updated to identify that problem at the beginning rather than the end of the order.
There are no words to describe what my friend received in comparison with the advertised picture.
I was very upset & horrified that my friend would think I sent her that.
I emailed Waitrose, attaching pictures.
They were equally horrified & have me a full refund, which I will use to buy a bit a gift card & my friend can choose her own flowers.
Will never use Waitrose florist again.
Only have given one star as there is no option for zero stars!
Very disappointed - ordered as a gift for a colleague's birthday.
So overpriced for what I received...8 flowers which weren't fresh. Ended up going to Sainsbury's and getting twice as many flowers for half the price.
I received a bouquet as a thank you gift. On arrival noticed that the box was worse for wear. On opening the box I was surprised and disappointed to find wilting leaves and sad looking flower heads. I did as instructed on the accompanying note hoping that this would help the flowers recover. They did lift ba little but all in all very disappointing for a well meant gift. Jackie, Norfolk.
I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my sister for her sixtieth birthday. It did not arrive until lunchtime the following day, and in very poor condition - petals falling off the roses, and brown at the edges.
Customer services, to be fair were sorry and pleasant, and have arranged for a replacement bouquet to be sent, but as they will be going by the same courier (Yodel), I rather suspect the same thing will happen again.
They rather ruined a special day, as she had been told to look out for a surprise.
I shan’t use them again, and would advise everyone to avoid them.
Flowers not fresh and bouquet looking very simple, completely different from the one I thought I had ordered
I ordered Premium Flower Garden Jug for a friend that arrived today. The flowers were not fresh and the bouquet didn't look as pretty as the one in the picture. Picture is misleading... the bouquet that arrived looked cheap. Very disappointed with this service from Waitrose
Order never turned up, customer services very unhelpful and poor attitude, flowers which should be on bud were delivered 3 days late in full boom - awful and still waiting after 3 days for a manager response !!
Flowers and chocolates did not arrive for my friend’s birthday. Was sent an email that evening to say they had been sent to the wrong depot and was offered a refund of 4.95 which in no way compensates for missing someone’s birthday, particularly as she was looking out for her surprise until
9pm. There was no information on when the flowers might be delivered. DO NOT USE WAITROSE FLOWERS!!!
