Foundation Letterbox Flowers
We ordered Foundation Letterbox Flowers for my daughter's birthday. Ordering was easy enough, and delivery was on time, the day before. We were worried when we opened the box - it was quite small to contain 14 stems and they looked very tired and a bit squashed. HOWEVER, less than 24 hours later, in water, they had revived fully and looked wonderful. Eight days later they are still going strong. This is the second bouquet we have ordered from Waitrose Florist and we would recommend them highly.
Such a gorgeous flowers
My grandmother was ill so i ordered some flowers from here. but the first time, i really love the range of flowers they have. They sell world's most beautiful and gorgeous flowers. Also, they have every kind of flower for every kind of occasion. Thir presenting was extremely good, i am satisfied with the services and also i loved that i can get the fresh, beautiful and unique flower bouquet at my hone without moving a single bone.
Myself and a group of my colleagues ordered what we thought was a bouquet of flower for our ward sister. being front line workers who don't earn a fortune we thought buying from Waitrose we'd get a quality product. How wrong we were, what a rip off you should be ashamed of yourselves. if there were ten pounds of flowers there it would have been a miracle. we'd have been better off going to Tesco's and getting a bunch of flowers for fifteen pounds. We received a small bunch of flowers one of which was dead. absolutely appalling not to mention embarrassing for us giving them as a gift, it looked like we couldn't be bothered. How dare you, we wont be buying from you again nor will we recommend you for flowers to anyone in the future.
Floral arrangement for a special occasion
I ordered a lovely bunch of flowers for a special event from an online florist not long ago. The whole ordering experience was really easy to follow, which I liked. They had a great variety of flowers and arrangements to pick from, and I managed to find just the right one for the occasion.
Birthday bouquet
I ordered flowers for a relatives birthday. They were simply gorgeous, a terrific variety of blooms and in perfect condition, arriving exactly on time. The packaging was special and protective. I received a text that they had been delivered. I would definitely order from Waitrose again.
Mother's Day flowers
Yeah, so I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day from this place and they were pretty bad. They arrived all squashed and damaged. My mum was not happy with them, I can tell you. They did refund my daughter's money, but still, it's not a good situation. I think this probably happens quite often, which is not ideal. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend using them, to be honest.
Birthday gift purchase
I bought a birthday present for my elderly relative from this florist not long ago and, truth be told, I'm really let down by the service I got. I put in my order well in advance thinking it would get to my aunt on time and while the sun's up. But as it stands, it's 8 pm now and my flowers are still on the go, nowhere near my aunt yet. This whole thing has been a real waste of my time and energy and, personally, I wouldn't suggest this florist to anyone who wants a reliable service.
Pink sensation
Totally different flowers were sent, but recipient was very happy.
I've used Waitrose a few times and never disappointed. I called customers service to explain the wrong flowers and recieved a no quibble refund..Thank you.Quite a few !!
The only problem with Waitrose flowers is the terrible YODEL so called delivery service, it's not just the flowers, it's wine and whatever you order, I don't blame Waitrose at all, but suggest they change from YODEL.
Delighted to receive Luxury Pink Rose Gift from daughter an hour ago. Unfortunately the Pink Marc De Champaign Trufflles included with the gift passed Best Before Date. Contacted 0800 188 881. Told sorry nothing they could do about it. Blamed it on temporary staff. Suggested I tried emailing company, hence this message.
Bouquet flowers
My son sent me a photo of the bouquet and I must say for the price paid I would have expected a better show. I chose the roses and sweet pea .
Orchid in a pot
I bought an orchid in a pot from the florist recently, with the idea of sending it as a birthday gift to Leeds. But, when it arrived, the pot was all smashed up. I got in touch with customer service and they gave me the choice of getting a refund or having a new one sent out. I went for the refund and got £20 back, since I had already found a new pot to put the plant in. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't send the whole thing back and I felt really down about the messed up birthday pressie. I don't reckon I'll be using that florist again, it's a shame I can't let them see how wrecked the pot was in the photo.
Overpriced, disappointing bouquet
As a customer of the florist, I was really disappointed with the bouquet I ordered. I paid a lot for flowers that looked like they were arranged by someone who had never seen a flower before. The size was wrong, and the overall presentation was very dull. Even with the refund, it was still a big letdown. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone who wants a good floral arrangement. Thanks, but no thanks.
Sweet Peas
I ordered some Sweet Peas from the florist and when they turned up today, it was a right mess! The flowers were all dead, the stems were snapped, and they didn't smell of anything. I couldn't save any of them, so I had to chuck the lot in the bin. I asked for a refund straight away because I was so let down. I won't be going back to that florist, I've seen nicer flowers at petrol stations!
Gift of flowers for Mother's Day
I got some flowers from the florist as a Mother's Day gift, and honestly, I was so let down. The flowers looked sad, like they'd seen better days. It was pretty embarrassing to get such a sorry bunch, especially from a well-known shop like that. I was hoping for something way nicer from a place that's meant to have top-notch stuff.
Flowers for my birthday
I received some flowers for my birthday and they looked absolutely awful. The eucalyptus was completely messy and the roses were already turning brown. I was really disappointed with how they looked!
Valentine's day gift
I bought a Valentine's Day gift from the florist not too long ago and I must say, I was really let down by the flowers. The Emma Bridgewater jug was nice, but the flowers themselves were really underwhelming and started wilting after only a few days. I've bought flowers from other places before and never had this problem with them being such poor quality and going bad so quickly.
Fragranced bouquet purchase
I bought a bouquet of flowers from the florist the other day, and I have to say I was really let down by the quality. The flowers didn't look fresh at all, despite how nice they appeared in the pictures online. I expected them to be fragrant, as it was advertised, but they didn't smell of anything. It was quite disappointing, especially since I got them for Mother's Day to surprise my Mum. Instead of making her day special, it ended up being a bit of a letdown.
Flowers for daughter's birthday
I ordered some flowers for my daughter's birthday and was really looking forward to them arriving on time for her special day. But you know what? They turned up late! I mean, seriously, when you're shelling out a fair bit of cash for flowers, you expect them to be punctual. I was pretty gutted, and my daughter was upset too. Honestly, I wouldn't advise anyone to use this place.
Wedding anniversary flowers
On my parents' wedding anniversary, I wanted to surprise them with some lovely flowers from a plant shop. The website had lovely pictures, so I thought they'd be really good quality for the price. However, when they arrived, they looked a bit sad. They were not what I expected at all. They looked more like something you'd pick up as a last-minute gift at a petrol station, not for a special occasion. I felt so embarrassed giving those flowers to my parents. I certainly won't be ordering from them again.
