I’d had high hopes, partly because I’d sent quite a few people here before. Once I started using the set-up, though, the drag I’d been promised just wasn’t there. I asked the manager for help, but nothing was really resolved. Honestly, I left feeling upset and rather let down.
Enough was enough
I had reservations when I first started shopping here after moving locally, but gave them plenty of chances over the past year. I bought devices, batteries and chargers, and even brought friends in. Today’s rude, dismissive treatment confirmed my doubts. Honestly, I’m disappointed it ended this way.
Harsh and not as described
I needed a couple of bigger bottles because my usual vape shop had stopped stocking mine. These felt harsh straight away, bitter and acidic, nothing like the flavour description. Oddly, they arrived fine and quickly. Still, paying extra for something I can’t really vape was annoying.
She spotted my mistake
I first met Kimberly in the shop after a friend recommended it, and she remembered what I usually buy. When my online order came in wrong, she noticed straight away and checked with me. Not everything is always in stock, but that moment made me feel properly looked after.
