i am collecting a different kind of perfumes from a very long time. it's my one of the favorite hobby. my friend told me about this company, I brought one perfume and that was so so good, I totally loved it. I recently ordered another kind of bottles as well. not only floor females but they also have a wide range for the male. shapes, sizes, fragrances, designers there are so many options that you can get!
I ordered on line then picked up in store because of the excellent service I received from meisha at the Birmingham bullring store I ended up buying more stuff excellent customer service
YSL Elle Perfume
Item was advertised as being in stock but it wasn't. It took until 8.40pm to let me know. Had to order it from somewhere else, meaning that it won't arrive in time for the birthday it was intended for.
This was the first order I had placed with them, and they let me down. I will now seriously think twice before ordering anything from them again, as I can't depend on them or that they'll have what I want in stock, despite their website stating that it is.
My Nightmare Experience
I didn’t want to have to write this but I wanted to warn others of the problems I have had..
Ordered some after shave and perfume on the first day of September, a few hours later I realised I had made a mistake as the same items could be bought in lots of other places much cheaper.
I tried to cancel the order but was unable to, The website said I had to wait for delivery and then return which seems crazy so soon after i had placed the order.
The items arrived a few days later and I immediately started the return process, I followed all the instructions downloaded the postage label and sent the parcel.
After almost 2 weeks I had still heard nothing regarding the return so I went on the yodel website and checked the tracking No. The tracking showed the parcel was stuck in a depot.
So I called the couriers who told me they would do a search for my parcel, I then called the perfume shop, and have continued to call them for most of the week only to keep being told my case would be escalated. I eventually had an email reply from the Customer Experience Development Manager who asked me a few questions then heard nothing again until yesterday almost two weeks from when I first contacted them.
The email simply said they had a photo of a parcel which was not a perfume shop return and was also addressed to a different company. They also said they would not help any further.
I was furious I checked the tracking again and still said the same, I contacted yodel and was told my parcel had arrived damaged and I needed to contact the perfume shop. I tried to explain the situation and they just said I had to deal with the perfume shop.
So again I phoned perfume shop customer service and I was again told it would be escalated, I also asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but apparently that isn’t possible.
I have once again emailed this time asking for a copy of the photo they are claiming to have and again they have not replied.
How can you call me a liar then refuse to speak to me, You have over £300 of mine and all the items i originally bought from you.
I would like to see proof of what you are claiming, as I can’t even understand what you mean..
If I had been able to cancel the order in the first place I would not be in this situation
My best advice to everyone else is do not use the perfume shop and it’s a shame I can’t give them 0 stars.
Awful Customer Service..

Placed my first online order on Wednesday at 12.45pm and chose premium delivery at the cost of £5.99 so that the order would arrive by the "Guaranteed 1pm Next Day".. Email confirmation was almost immediate however this is the start of the awful service received by a new online customer... 1pm Thursday and no order arrived, so I make contact by webchat to an operator that couldn't be bothered and promised me delivery by 1pm Friday.. Guess what.. 1pm Friday and yet again no promised delivery, now I receive an email telling me that my "Premium" delivery is due on Monday 27th September 2021.. I eagerly await the delivery.. however I'm not hopeful from this experience.. Although the products may be good its actually getting what you've paid for helps... point to note .. Give ... service get Crap reviews....

SCAMMERS, stay away. If you really have to buy there, watch their hands, especially when you have ordered a few perfumes at discounted prices. They will still from your order. The customer service is completely useless, bunch of scammers, they will use every possible trick to avoid any responsibility. When they cannot deny anymore, they won't send you the item, at the very insolent way they will propose refund of discounted price, after several months of email exchange.
What purchase? It never arrived!
Horrible buying experience. I bought and paid in advance - including the next day delivery fee - a perfume on the 28th of July and almost a week later my order is still being processed, according to the website. I have on several occasions tried to solve this issue by exchanging emails with the - inexistent - customer support only to get vague, unsatisfying answers which have yet failed to provide an agreeable solution. I will strongly advise all my friends, relatives and co-workers from buying from them either online or at any of their stores given half a chance.
Totally disappointed with this purchase. Smells like a copy. My husband paid £120 for it. The fragrance lasts about half hour which would usually last all day. The price was also £10 dearer than boots.
Dior Sauvage Perfume
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I was waiting for my order for more than 12 days, wasn't updated on where my order is and at the end I was offered points or discount on my next order?!?!? Why would they think that I'll order from them again? Very disappointing....

Whatever you do people DONNOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM - UNLIMITED FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR £5 - ITS A SCAM, YOU PAY YOUR £5 (TWICE IN MY CASE BECAUSE THE 1ST TIME DIDN'T WORK SO I PAID FOR IT AGAIN ) WHEN I FINALLY REALISED THAT IT WAS NOT GOING TO WORK I CONTACTED THEPERFUMESHOP HEAD OFFICE, WHO STATED THEY KNEW OF NO SUCH OFFER, I SENT THEM THE WEB ADDRESS VIA EMAIL. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE THIS. 6 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND. THE 1ST ORDER FOR THE OFFER VANISHED FROM THE RECORDS AND I CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR IT, SO OVERALL , NO OFFER , NO REFUND AND NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES ON THE MATTER SINCE. COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME... IF THE PERFUME SHOP SEE THIS, MY ACCOUNT IS MR ROSS DRAPER - CLUB CARD REF: 2692246337842 --- I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE, OR I WILL CONTINUE TO INFORM THE WORLD OF YOUR SCAM. THANK YOU.
