Gift purchase
I recently bought a gift at The Perfume Shop and I have to say, it was a really great experience. The lady, Veena, at the Park Street branch in Walsall, was so helpful and really knew her stuff. She not only helped me find a really good deal on what I wanted, but she also went the extra mile by wrapping it up beautifully with a special ribbon. This little extra made the whole gift-giving experience even more special and memorable. Veena's amazing service and attention to detail have definitely made a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely go back to The Perfume Shop for all my future gift needs.
Summer fragrance
The customer service at this store was absolutely amazing! Isabella and Paige in Plymouth were fantastic. Isabella was so friendly and her smile never left her face. She really made me feel valued as a customer. And Paige, wow, she was a true expert when it came to perfumes. She knew everything about each fragrance and helped me choose the perfect one. It felt like I was in a high-end boutique! Paige was patient and so kind throughout the whole process. Thanks to her, I found the ideal summer scent. She's a boss woman, for sure!
Fast delivery and great service
I recently bought something from The Perfume Shop and I was really happy with how quickly it arrived and the excellent service I got. The delivery was super fast and the customer service team were so nice and helpful. But there was a small problem with the delivery - the package was left hidden by a plant pot at my front door by Royal Mail. I was home all day but the delivery person didn't ring the bell to let me know they'd dropped it off. It made me wonder how reliable Royal Mail's delivery service is these days.
Father's Day gift
I popped into The Perfume Shop the other day and I have to say, Kate and Damian really went above and beyond in helping me out. I was struggling to find a Father's Day gift, but they were so knowledgeable and friendly, it made the whole decision-making thing a piece of cake. They made me feel like a valued customer with their attentive and welcoming attitude, and I walked out of there feeling really good about my choice. Big thanks to Kate and Damian for their outstanding service – I'll definitely be back!
Gift set purchase
I bought a gift set from their website recently and I must say, it was a really good experience. The website was nice and easy to use, so I could quickly pick out and order the exact product I was after. The deal I got on the gift set was better than I expected, so that was a nice bonus. And to top it off, I was chuffed that they offered free delivery, which saved me a bit of cash too.
Leaking bottle of perfume
I bought a bottle of perfume from The Perfume Shop but when it arrived, it was leaking. I was really disappointed and also surprised considering how much I paid for it. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me I needed to send back the faulty bottle before they would send a replacement. This means I could be without my perfume for up to two weeks. I think a good company should sort out product issues quickly instead of causing hassle for the customer.

Oh my gosh, I went to The Perfume Shop and found these really awesome perfume bottles that I couldn't find anywhere else! The lady who helped me, Joanne, was so lovely and made me feel so valued. I was looking for a particular scent and she had it available, and it was even on sale! I ended up purchasing two bottles because I just couldn't say no. Joanne and I even had a nice chat while she assisted me in choosing the perfect scents. Thanks to Joanne, I felt like a VIP customer! 🌟

I popped into The Perfume Shop the other day and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The guy who helped me out knew his stuff inside out and was really patient in helping me pick out the best fragrance. He gave me loads of helpful info about all the different scents and their notes. I'm grateful for his attention to detail and his willingness to make sure I got the right one. Thanks to his top-notch service, my shopping trip was a real pleasure.
Quick delivery, good price
I was really impressed with the quick delivery and good price of the perfume I ordered. But, my experience got a bit ruined by all the text messages I kept getting from the company. I tried to find a way to stop them but it was no use, so I ended up blocking the number which was really annoying. Even though that was a pain, I'd still think about ordering from this shop again because of how efficient they were and their reasonable prices.
Perfume consultation with Georgia
Georgia over at the Burnley store was really helpful and knew heaps about all the scents they had. I'm usually rubbish at choosing perfumes for myself but she was able to effortlessly find the perfect one for me after just a couple of tries. On top of that, she even helped me select a perfume as a gift for my niece, who was after her first fancy scent. Georgia's help made the whole shopping trip great fun and super successful.

I love shopping at The Perfume Shop, they always have such amazing products. I recently bought a new fragrance and I have to say, it was fantastic. The scent is heavenly and lasts for ages, just what I wanted. The packaging was really good too, so my purchase arrived in perfect condition. I can't fault my experience at The Perfume Shop, I am one happy customer.
Bought a present for my bro
The folks over there were really lovely! They let my brother sniff all sorts of smells until he found the perfect one. And the gift arrived super fast! We were over the moon with our experience there 😁

I popped down to the shop earlier and there was this lovely lady called Caroline who was so kind and helpful! She helped me choose the perfect perfumes and gave me some great recommendations. I ended up leaving with a bunch of lovely bottles all thanks to her. She really is the best!
Quick delivery
The delivery service was quick and efficient, but I've had a problem with my account. I've sent two emails over the past five days, but I haven't heard back yet. It's a bit frustrating that they haven't been very responsive with their after-sales service.

I popped into The Perfume Shop to pick out a fragrance for my wife and I have to say, my visit was absolutely great. The two girls working there were really tall but extremely friendly and they helped me choose the perfect scent. Their customer service was top-notch and I was really impressed. I bought some perfume from this shop not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The prices were good and the website was so easy to use, which made it simple for me to find exactly what I wanted. My order arrived quickly and was well packed. The perfume was in perfect condition and I was really happy with my purchase.
Gucci intense oud perfume, fake and allergic reaction, no bag given
I decided to splash out on the Gucci intense oud perfume, thinking I was in for a bit of luxury, but what a mistake that was! The perfume they flogged me felt totally fake and to make matters worse, I ended up having an allergic reaction to it. And can you believe that the woman who handed it to me couldn't even be bothered to put it in a bag? I mean, come on! Absolutely shocking lack of customer service. In the end, it was a proper disappointment and left me feeling really annoyed.
Long-lasting aftershave
Don't bother with other brands that don't last. I got this aftershave here and it's brilliant, much better than the stuff I wasted money on before. People have even said they like the scent, which never happened with the other brand. The whole family is in agreement!
Bought perfume
I bought this lovely smelling perfume and the lady who assisted me was really friendly. She mentioned a discount on a larger bottle which was great. I was really pleased with the service. I'll definitely be returning to purchase more items!
