I recently bought some perfumes from this place, but when they turned up, the protective foil was all messed up and open! It really annoyed me, so I got in touch with Fragrance Direct to complain. They told me to send the perfumes back because they were faulty. So, I did that and asked about my refund. They said to give it a few days, and then they said they had received the items back on 23rd May. I waited for more than a week to hear about my refund, but every time I asked, they said they hadn't got the perfumes back yet. I even have proof that I sent them back! I can't handle this situation anymore, and I'm thinking about taking them to the small claims court because they're just brushing me off!

I was really let down by my recent purchase from Fragrance Direct. I got three perfumes on the 14th of May, but my package only came with two. I got in touch with customer service, and they said the missing perfume was out of stock. They said sorry and everything, but I was still not happy with how it all went. It's been 18 days now, and I still haven't got the missing perfume or any updates about it. The customer service person was nice when I asked for a refund, but the lack of communication and slow response to the problem have put me off shopping with Fragrance Direct again.
