Spotted these lot on a mate's Insta and thought I'd try them out — glad I did, mostly. Delivery was annoyingly quick in the best way; stuff turned up sooner than I expected and well packaged. Customer service were decent too, patient over email and helped me sort an account mess, though it's not perfect. I lost loyalty points when the site glitch hit, had to re-register, and they restored only around forty per cent, which felt a bit stingy. Still, the service for the actual orders is solid and I told a couple of friends about them.
Half an order, full shrug
decent kit and really cheap. Messaged support, heard nothing, so I bought elsewhere. Then they credited me back — fair enough, glad it’s sorted.
Quick delivery, dodgy points
Saw them on Instagram after a mate tipped me. Delivery was actually quicker than I expected and they even chucked in a tiny sample, which was a nice surprise. But the rewards situation was a mess. Got an email about a site upgrade and told to sign in to keep my points. Sign-in failed, so I re-registered and suddenly I was a new customer with only 100 points. All the stuff I'd saved for ages disappeared. Tried to contact customer service. Slow, vague replies and no fix. So yeah, nice parcel and decent delivery, rubbish handling of loyalty points and poor support. I’ll be careful next time, and I’ve warned a couple of mates.

At first I thought it was too good to be true, but after a few orders and a couple small shipping hiccups (no biggie) it's become our go-to. Reliable and convenient.
