It saved us from redoing the whole room — it matched paint we'd used years ago. Bought it with a few other tins, used it yesterday for touch-ups; arrived fast, well packaged, relief.
Quick and tidy
Halfway through the bank holiday I was half expecting a delay, but the paint turned up on Tuesday — proper quick considering. At first I picked them because they had the exact shade in stock, then I noticed the custom-made box and neat, professional packaging; that made a real difference. Price felt fair too. If I had one tip it'd be clearer stock updates online, otherwise I'll order from them again.
Unreliable express delivery
Needed paint for a last-minute house move, paid for next-day but three days on it hasn’t been dispatched. Sent three emails, no replies or even an acknowledgement. I have a bad back so couldn’t delay, felt ignored.
Arrived fast, a bit battered
Turned up fast and the price was sensible, but the tin itself was dented and had a messy leak — no box damage, so must've arrived like that. The paint went on fine after I cleaned up and decanted it, bit of a faff, honestly.
