I would give a „minus one Star“ if I could ! Please read other reviews this company must be hold to account for its short comings ! There are many many costumers who like myself ordered from them and NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS AND HAD A TERRIBLE TIME TO GET A REFUND! Myself after trying for four weeks to get someone to CALL ME ( they only send generic texts) no live chat ( you try and click on it and it is „unavailable „ no emails ( message comes back saying their in box is full ) no customer phone assistant ( message tells you open from mon-fri 8-8 then cuts you off) this happened every day for four weeks ! I handed my claim for my money WHICH OF COURSE THEY WHERE PRETTY FAST TO TAKE ( £500+ But not so eager to return. ) over to my card provider after I did this ( giving them four weeks to deliver items or resend or refund ) in the end they refunded very quickly! So save yourself the stress and if you dealing with beauty expert then call your card provider as soon as problems start , I never leave a bad review I will always try and sort any shortcomings with a company BUT THIS ONE DOES NOT DESERVE THAT CURTESY and I will try and leave this warning on as many review sites as I can find to safe others the stress and worry this caused me . PLEASE READ REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM BEAUTY EXPERT ! The only EXPERTISE THIS COMPANY HAS IS ON HOW NOT TO RESPOND TO THEIR CUSTOMER and as the saying goes …. If something looks to good to be true it usually is …. I was taken in by pricing and the offer off first time discount DONT BE
