Horrible experience
According to their regulations you cannot make changes or ask for a refund if you cancel an order. I asked for both since my order was placed end of april, 2020 and now (end of august) I am still waiting for the item that has been already paid to be restocked. They refuse to change the order or issue a refund. This is not a site you can trust!
Order placed on Dec 26th on website said item would take 4-5 day delivery, then sent an email to track item, delivery date would be 11th Jan, paid £29.00 for this to be delivered, waited in all day not pacel, called company on the 12th to be told it has not left Sweden yet, no communication or explanation, poor customer service
