do not book with this outfit they have refused to refund our booking on two occasions even though the government has said they have to and the holiday company the airport could not provide the service paid for. They have offered us on our first booking 15% 0ff next year but only from heathrow. We live in the north and have never used london airports. The second booking after many e-mails offered us £34 refund hiding behind clauses in there contract.
