The worst company so far. Royal Mail marked as "delivered" but it didn't. Later admitted no GPS trace and various discrepancies. PicStop took the view that if RM says "delivered", it means delivered. Refuses to see through the issue. Instead, advised to seek compensation through PayPal. I shall never again deal with this company!
Customer refunded via Paypal despite Royal Mail insisting it was delivered to the address confirmed.
