Advertise products for sale on website which are out of stock. Very slow to respond to issues. When you try to sort they tried to push their other flavours rather than refund. They are very slow to correct mistakes and have a blame the customer attitude. There are many other companies and we have switched to a different supplier who has a much better attitude.
I have feed my dog your food for a long time. She loved it but since you have changed,the receipe. I don't think she will not touch it. I have 7 cartons left and I don't know what to do with them. I am back to trying to find a food she will eat. When you change back to the old food please let me know
