3 weeks ago I cancelled skinny caffe taking money out of my account.
I haven't heard a single things from bailiffs so far.
Everyone is asking the same questions so if it helps...

I did all of this and have had legal letters which are enforceable. Now because of the delayed payments I have to pay anyway and also owe an extra £131 due to interest and admin fees for the collection company. If it’s not paid I am taken to a small claims court. Don’t end up like me just pay it will be cheaper and we also did agree by subscribing.
Do not believe this Holly Meadows, another scammer working for them!! Post her rubbish on other review sites too! Obviously Gemma and Amanda are well known for there automated responses ????

I have just cancelled my payments from the bank. I have had a threatening letter from Gemma seems it’s the same as everyone else. I did have a bit of a wobble but after reading these comments I’m just going hang on and ignore anything. I’m sure they are not going to go the expense of taking all these people to court!!!
Get onto trading standards they are aware of these scamming company!I've not had any emails or letters for 3 months. Its bullshit what this holly is saying. I've got onto the account and it says I have no subscriptions so I cant pay for anything. they are the ones who have cancelled it and I deleted my address on it! Also they cant provide you with a copy of a contract because we haven't signed anything. It's a subscription they can cancel it whenever this bullshit of 6 months is the most amount of crap I've ever heard! Read other reviews and I dont think anyone has had debt collectors etc. There subscription policy should not be in the ts and cs. what they are doing is false advertisement

I am just hoping I can cancel my subscription at the end of January which will be 6 months. I have asked for proof that I signed up to a subscription as this is something I would never do but they could not provide me with this. Periodically they send me a threatening email saying the payment has not gone though and they will take legal action. I have checked my bank account everytime they send these emails and there is money there so there is no reason why the payment would not go through. I have been well and truly scammed here and this company is despicable, total con artists. The real arse of it all is the product doesn't work and I cannot afford to keep paying for it each month. Don't know what to do now.

Is this true!? Yet they're still trying to get money out of everyone. I send an email to the CEO who has the skinny food company and he hasn't replied. The whole company is a shambles and needs shutting down. Trying to make money cause they aren't making any
Just to let u know i sent them a screenshot of the document that states its folding. They responded advising its a different company that is folding not theirs.. but now ive sent them an "automated" response stating the person you are trying to contact can no longer recieve your emails. I wonder if they will keep trying to scam me lol

I have been signed up to 2 subscriptions when tried to cancel Gemma sends a email which has been copied and pasted. I would pay for 1 but not 2 that’s £50 a month on tablet I won’t use. I’m worried if I cancel I will get bailiffs knocking as they have threatened this with other people has anyone actually had any bailiffs letter or anything? Help
I had no bailiffs or letter off any debt collectors. Fill out an ODR form type in on google. Report to trading standards and citizens advice.
I too signed up for a free trial of the tablets and then emailed to cancel as decided I won’t use them, I looked for the T&C when I ordered and seen nothing about a 6 month!!! Subscription. A copy and paste response with every email I’ve sent referring back to the terms. I said I will cancel at the bank and Gemma responder with other people have done this and ended up in court. Will I need to cancel my bank card in order for this payment to stop as £20 every 2 weeks is a joke, I have a stock pile of pills too!
Send all the stuff they've sent out back. Get onto your bank and block payments and get the money they've taken. Report to trading standards and fill out a ODR form

Ignore this Holly Meadows girl, shes obviously in the skinny caffee team and trying to put the frightners on. I havent heard nothing from the baliffs. Also cancelled the cards, got a refund and sent items back. I was getting emails ever day but they have slowed down and havent heard from them since the 9th. I say this now and watch me get another email saying the same thing.. just dont respond or entertain them. Theyll get bored :)

Absolute joke.
Got tablets for 2.99 which didn't work .
Now I'm tired into a subscription.
Cancelled it at my bank.
Told Gemma who went on to telling me legal action will be taken.
For basically 60 quid. Yeah right let's wait and see what happens.

So I'm guessing with me complaining 24/7 and reporting it they have cancelled it. Do the same. I messaged someone on instagram and they paid the whole subscription. I got horrible emails too but dont fall for their scam x
