Carnival Bouquet
I ordered these flowers on 2 April to be delivered to my mum for her birthday on 14 April - it is now 3.15 on 15 April and nothing received. I have emailed customer services twice but had no reply.
The saddest part is my mum’s in a care home and I haven’t seen her for a month because of the virus.
