Disgusting customer service. Ordered a birthday present for an elderly relative's birthday in October. Finally informed that the item would be dispatched 11th December and would be delivered in 24-48 hours. 19th December, still not arrived. No apology, discount, gesture of goodwill, nothing. Will never buy from this company you have been warned!
