AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I had been waiting over 3 months and still no delivery. The seller was not forthcoming and used stalling tactics to avoid issuing a full refund. Customer Support are equally dishonest and side with the seller. They put profit before customers and don’t give a toss if the customer is ‘out of pocket’. Their so-called ‘Buyers Protection’ is nothing more than a ploy to lure you into a false sense of security. It does not exist! You DO NOT get refunded.
My delivery deadline had exceeded by more than a month and yet Customer Support kept telling me to keep waiting. Eventually my case was closed because it had exceeded the Ali Express ‘so-called’ Buyers Protection Period. I lost my money! Dishonesty through to the core!
