Hotel accomodation
I booked four nights in a hotel. I am a 73 year old pensioner. I made a simple mistake and booked dates in February when I wanted the same dates in March.
Agoda would not help me and change the dates. They kept my money. Agoda are heartless criminals and should be brought to account.
