Summerhouse 7x7 Hampton
I was told that the summerhouse would be delivered anytime between three days. I did not get the choice of a day. I paid for the summerhouse to be built as I had just come through a major operation . Got a phone call to tell me they would be in ten minutes. Erected building which looked great. Two days later was a beautiful day and showed up all the faults with the summerhouse. Sent photographs in showing the sun shining through between the side not be joined to the base. Window didnt fit as well as door jamming etc. I was told it was natural shrinkage although I had only had it 3 days. The Summerhouse was supposed to be a place for me to relax after my chemo. Now I have had to get a joiner in to fix all the faults. If you buy please dont expect this company to rectify any problems. No aftercare.I will not buy from this company again.
