No 7 Intense Volume waterproof mascara
Very poor response to this faulty mascara which was dry and did not coat lashes -reported two days after I received it. Certainly did not volumise. There was much argument that I could not return it as I had used it, Eight other reviews of this mascara reported same thing -describing it as the worst ever. It took No 7 -separate company to Boots -a month to finally agree a refund as it is not fit for purpose, and then they only refunded £7 of the £10( plus return postage) that I paid.
