It was a nice experience using Holiday Taxis for my shuttles when I visited Spain for the first time. The feeling was great because I practically received every comfort I was supposed to receive from the services of Holiday Taxis, from airport pickup, hotel drop off, city tour, visit to tourist sites and more. All these were handled by professional hands and with amount considered affordable in the industry. So after such nice experiences, I felt I owe Holiday Taxis and the only way I could be paying the company back is by rebroadcasting, writing good reviews about the company and as well as recommending others who need good airport and hotel transport services worldwide to the company. Prompt and thoughtful airport transfer service
My experience with the airport transfer service was surprisingly lovely. The driver was on time and waiting for us as soon as we landed, which was a huge relief after a long flight. Not only was the driver really nice and helpful, but they even went the extra mile by stopping along the way to get us a bottle of water and an ice cream. This kind gesture made the journey even better. We got to our hotel without any issues, with plenty of time to relax before dinner. I was really impressed by how well the service was organised and how much attention was paid to details. Big congratulations to the team! 👏

:holiday taxi' transfer in Malta pick up on the 25th July 2023 did not meet the required standard. The mini bus did not have secure usable working seat belts. The rubber around the door was damage and falling of and the air-con was insufficient for the climate on the day.
The return taxi on the 30th July 2023 However, was completely different. The driver was professional, the car was clean and the air con worked adequately for the current climate on the day. The driver was very helpful with our suitcases.Airport transfers

The driver we ended up with was really good, very professional and polite. But, the whole thing was spoiled by bad communication and turning up late. We were left there waiting nervously for 25 minutes, not knowing if we'd get to the airport on time for our flight. We called the company to ask where the driver was, but they gave us the wrong information and made excuses. It was only when we pushed them to check the pickup details again that the driver realised his mistake and finally arrived. This lack of organisation and communication made us feel really stressed and annoyed, which overshadowed what could have been a trouble-free journey.

Coach transfer disaster
Oh my goodness, we booked this coach transfer and it was a complete disaster! The coach crashed into a tree, a window smashed, glass everywhere, my poor little sister was bleeding. We had to switch to another coach but can you believe it? Same driver! And some people even missed their flights because of this chaos, can you believe it? This company needs to be shut down right away and holiday taxis better sort this out or else I'll be very angry.
Rude staff at desk and moaning drivers
The folks at the desk where I was meant to travel for my holiday were not very friendly at all. They didn't assist me properly and the drivers were really grumpy. They refused to take me to my destination because I had my wheelchair and luggage with me. The car they placed me in was a complete mess! It was dirty and filled with baby seats, helmets, and other items. It was too small for what I required. When I tried to get out of my wheelchair, my foot got stuck and I nearly fell out of the car. They made me cry! To top it off, I didn't even receive the transfer back that I had paid for. In the end, I had to arrange for my own hire car. It was honestly the worst experience ever.

The taxi driver arrived early, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport. The taxi itself was really comfortable and it felt like we were travelling in luxury. It was definitely a top-notch experience, the service was fantastic!

The journey back was just as good, the driver arrived right on time at 5 am. We had a good experience overall and were pleased with the service we got.
Quick and Convenient Booking
I found booking my taxi to be really quick and easy, and the pricing was decent too. The taxi actually turned up earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was having to print out the voucher, so just make sure you've got a printer handy before you book.
