I got a taxi to my destination and back, and both drivers were really friendly and helpful. They arrived on time and met me right where we arranged. Everything went perfectly smoothly on both rides!
Airport transfer taxi
The driver we ended up with was really good, very professional and polite. But, the whole thing was spoiled by bad communication and turning up late. We were left there waiting nervously for 25 minutes, not knowing if we'd get to the airport on time for our flight. We called the company to ask where the driver was, but they gave us the wrong information and made excuses. It was only when we pushed them to check the pickup details again that the driver realised his mistake and finally arrived. This lack of organisation and communication made us feel really stressed and annoyed, which overshadowed what could have been a trouble-free journey.
Delayed flight, punctual pick up, well-maintained vehicles
My flight got delayed for an hour, but the driver kindly waited for me. When it was time to head back, the pick-up arrived right on schedule. The cars were really clean and comfortable. I'll definitely recommend this service to my friends and will use it again in the future!
Coach transfer disaster
Oh my goodness, we booked this coach transfer and it was a complete disaster! The coach crashed into a tree, a window smashed, glass everywhere, my poor little sister was bleeding. We had to switch to another coach but can you believe it? Same driver! And some people even missed their flights because of this chaos, can you believe it? This company needs to be shut down right away and holiday taxis better sort this out or else I'll be very angry.
Rude staff at desk and moaning drivers
The folks at the desk where I was meant to travel for my holiday were not very friendly at all. They didn't assist me properly and the drivers were really grumpy. They refused to take me to my destination because I had my wheelchair and luggage with me. The car they placed me in was a complete mess! It was dirty and filled with baby seats, helmets, and other items. It was too small for what I required. When I tried to get out of my wheelchair, my foot got stuck and I nearly fell out of the car. They made me cry! To top it off, I didn't even receive the transfer back that I had paid for. In the end, I had to arrange for my own hire car. It was honestly the worst experience ever.

I had a great time with my private taxi transfer from ALC airport to Alicante city. The driver was there when I arrived, really friendly and helped with all my luggage. The journey was smooth and comfy, and I felt safe the whole way. When it was time to head back to the airport, the taxi was on time at my hotel, making everything easy. I'll definitely use this service again for any future transfers.

We booked an airport transfer for our trip online and were really happy with the service. When we got to the airport, a staff member helped us find our driver. Delayed transfer booking
Well, I had a bit of a problem with my flight and had to change my transfer booking. Luckily, the company was able to adjust to my new arrival time without any trouble. When I got there, the staff at the office were really helpful and quick, making sure I got my transfer sorted out in a jiffy. The service I got was excellent, and I couldn't have asked for better help. If you ever find yourself in a sticky situation like I did, this company will definitely help you out.
Quick and Convenient Booking
I found booking my taxi to be really quick and easy, and the pricing was decent too. The taxi actually turned up earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was having to print out the voucher, so just make sure you've got a printer handy before you book.
Prompt and thoughtful airport transfer service
My experience with the airport transfer service was surprisingly lovely. The driver was on time and waiting for us as soon as we landed, which was a huge relief after a long flight. Not only was the driver really nice and helpful, but they even went the extra mile by stopping along the way to get us a bottle of water and an ice cream. Comfortable and reliable transport
The journey from the airport was really good, the bus was big and the driver was really relaxed, making it a nice trip. The price was fair and I felt like it was worth it. But when we got to the meeting point at the airport, it was a bit chaotic. It would be better if they had clearer signs to show people where to go. The service was good overall, but they could definitely improve how they organise things at the airport.
Outward trip - careful & prompt driver, return trip - white knuckle ride
The journey out on 27th April was great! The driver was careful and arrived promptly, even though he wasn't quite sure where the hotel entrance was. He made sure to find it and let the office know for their records. The return trip, on the other hand, was completely different. The driver was on time but showed up in a small car rather than the premier option we had booked, which could barely fit our 3 suitcases. The drive to the airport was stressful, with the driver relying on the Sat Nav and his phone while driving, often drifting into the middle of the road with just one hand on the wheel. He was a nice young man, but his driving skills were worrying. We did get to the airport on time, but the journey back was a bit scary.

I hopped in a taxi and it was fantastic! It arrived promptly, the driver was super helpful, the car was lovely, and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and I'll be using their service again next time we're on holiday.

:holiday taxi' transfer in Malta pick up on the 25th July 2023 did not meet the required standard. The mini bus did not have secure usable working seat belts. The rubber around the door was damage and falling of and the air-con was insufficient for the climate on the day.
The return taxi on the 30th July 2023 However, was completely different. The driver was professional, the car was clean and the air con worked adequately for the current climate on the day. The driver was very helpful with our suitcases.
