Cat protection product
I recently bought a cat protection product from this company and I have to say, it's absolutely amazing. It's really easy to use and offers great value for money. I've tried different products before, but this one is definitely the best at keeping my cherished pet safe. Petcare delivery experience
I have to admit, I was really pleased with how my recent petcare delivery went. My order arrived exactly when they said it would, and I didn't have to hang around for it like I do with some other companies. Having it delivered straight to my door, all ready to use straight away, was super handy. Seeing my pet's name on the address label was a lovely little touch that meant a lot to me. And with no extra packaging or huge boxes, there was less waste and it fit perfectly through my letterbox. I reckon they've done a great job being eco-friendly and paying attention to the details!
Flea treatment purchase
I purchased some flea treatments for my cats, but they haven't done the job at all! I did everything as directed and applied two treatments, but those annoying fleas are still bouncing about. It's really irritating because I was relying on this to finally rid us of them. The customer service was fine and ordering was simple, but the cost was a tad high for something that didn't even do its job properly. I'm truly let down and now I have to work out my next steps to sort out this flea situation. Just thinking about it is making me itch!

My experience with Itch Customer Services was absolutely fantastic. I got in touch about my pet's anxiety problems, and Ellie and Katie were there to help me right away. They suggested trying the Itch Calming treats, and they really knew their stuff. They gave me lots of helpful info about the product and how it could make a difference for my pet. I took their advice, gave the treats to my pet, and saw a big improvement in their anxiety. I really appreciate the top-notch and caring service from Itch Customer Services.
Tick product disappointment
I bought a tick product from this company because I had heard good things about their products. But I was really let down when the tick product didn't work on my dog. Even though I used it all the time, she kept getting ticks and I had to switch to a different product to sort it out. It was annoying and a waste of money.
Flea treatment
I bought some flea treatment for my pet from here not long ago. Sadly, after giving it to them, my pet got infested with fleas. I thought the treatment was okay at first, but obviously, it didn't work properly. I'm really disappointed with how things turned out and I won't be buying from here in the future.
Flea and worm treatment
I was really excited to try out this flea and worm treatment from Itch Petcare because I had heard they were really friendly and helpful. So, I got it for my cat, and it seemed to work okay on the fleas but then my poor cat had to get treated for worms a week later! He's already anxious and hates getting any treatment done, so it was a big hassle. And then, on top of that, he got a burst spot from a bug bite and had to take some gross antibiotic liquid. It was a bit of a nightmare!

I realised the other day that I hadn't got my monthly flea treatment from this company, so I got in touch with their Customer Care team. I was really pleased with how quickly and easily they responded to me. They sorted out sending me a replacement treatment straight away, and it arrived the very next day. The whole thing went really smoothly and I thought the customer service was top-notch. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about them.
Worming tablets with cheese
This product is amazing for keeping those pesky flies away! I've been giving my dog his worming tablets with a little bit of cheese and it's been working like magic. It's super easy to give him the medication, and he doesn't even realise he's taking it. And on top of that, it's a huge relief to have fewer flies buzzing around in the summer. I've given the flea treatment from this company a go twice on both of my dogs, and I must say, it just hasn't worked at all. The fleas on my pets have remained untouched, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. And to make matters worse, my deliveries were always almost a week late, which was a real pain and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Personally, I think it's way more dependable and efficient to just take your pet to the vet for flea treatment instead of splashing out on this product.

The products themselves are brilliant, but honestly, the delivery service is a bit of a mess. I've been pretty chuffed with how well the flea and worming treatments have worked, but the delivery side of things has been a bit of a nightmare. The Royal Mail deliveries have been all over the place and not very reliable, which has made it tricky to stick to my pet's flea and worming routine. Dealing with this inconsistent delivery service while just trying to keep my pets healthy and happy can be really frustrating.

As someone who's been a loyal customer for years, I was really let down by how rubbish the flea treatment was for my outdoor cats.
