Parcel to USA
AMAZING SERVICE I couldn’t believe the price, compared to other services it seemed too low! The parcel (21kilos) was picked up exactly on time and delivered to address in USA 4 days later. Next time I will pack better though as customs made a mess of the box and slit open the plastic bags inside containing clothes. Otherwise perfect service and only cost £85 plus full insurance amount, which was optional. Nearly the same as an extra case on a plane journey, but delivered door to door. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE HIGHLY ENOUGH.
Why do you keep sending the same review, are you writing fraudulent reviews?
Total .... This company have so many fake positive reviews! They truly are the worst courier firm I’ve ever used.
Sending parcel via Parcel Force
No negatives at all. Price was a fraction of what it would be via PF website. Took large parcel to post office on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered Friday morning. The booking was easy to do, website clear to follow and labels came through quickly for me to print. I'm very pleased with the service indeed.
I sent the package from the UK to CZ on March 3. I was told in a week that the package was lost. Exactly a month later, the package was found on April 10 and sent back to my address. Next week I asked when the package would come back. I was told that on March 30, the package was delivered (nonsense). After communication, the package was reported as lost again. Re-recording receipts for insurance, etc. After 2 days, I was told that the package was found (yes really, it's not a joke). After two months, I don't have a package, money, nothing. The company does not respond to emails, reluctance. The worst experience in life with a company. Don't take it!

Sent a parcel internationally through their DPD courier service which was then being held at the local depot. Parcel2GO's costumer service was awful. The Talk Operator assistants gave me automated (copy and pasted) responses and basically told me 'There was nothing they could do.' 5 weeks later (when it was suppose to be a 5-7 day delivery) I am still being told to wait as it 'should' be delivered today. Absolute joke, still waiting.

If you have a valuable or expensive parcel, do not use Parcel2Go. They try to force their overpriced cover on you and then, in my case, when Hermes "lost" it, they refused to pay me more than £20 in compensation on a guitar worth £350.
Worse service ever. in 8 years in UK I never had any issue with a service until I used the Parcel2Go... I booked a collection they failed to collect my parcel on the day agreed. and then I spoke with them and they decided to rebook the collection. The assistant end up booking 2 with different couriers. I had no clue, I wasn't informed of this. I had no clue who was coming to my house and I had no further information about this process and what I should expect. On the day of the collection, someone came to my house claiming they are from Herms with the details of the collection and a jacket they told me there is no need for a label and took the tv. and 1h later another driver come to pick up the same parcel, but this time from Parcelforce. This was the moment I realized the mess. and from this day I spent 2 months with parcel2go assistance trying to sort this out. The parcel never arrived at my customer's house, and then after the order was canceled. I told them to return my parcel. this return took 1 month and no one could tell me where was the parcel. after so many hours talking to them until the end. They refused to provide me with a refund because they claimed it was my fault because I did not have insurance? I ask myself what we are paying for then? with or without insurance, their service is to deliver a parcel? if is not being delivered why they existed? during this process I spoke with many friends and colleagues and then I realised how many issues people had with their service. A friend of mine even suspected they do deviate parcel or provoke damage just to convince people to get insurance. because if they were doing their job properly no one would get insurance. I do not know if this is true... But one thing I know. I will never use their services again and I will advise people to deal with Couriers directly. Avoid all and any only services, because I guarantee you if something goes wrong you will lose twice. They just add another layer of possible problems and complexity. I learned an expensive lesson that cost me around £700. Do not make the same mistake, contact directly the couries.
I send most of my parcels with P2Go as they are cheaper than Hermes .. I have only had one broken item in a number of years and was fully refunded when I emailed photo of the packaging. I always take a photo of my items before sending incase of mishaps! Great service.

Parcel2Go 'Next Day' delivery
Parcel2go - Wrote 'Thank you for your email and my apologies for the delay to this delivery.
Having looked into your case I can see this was dropped off on 22/11 but was not collected by DPD until 25/11. I am very sorry the parcel was so delayed in being collected from the drop shop, I appreciate this both disappointing and inconvenient. Kindest Regards

Very bad service and in they website there isn't any way to contact them.
People should avoid companies that don't wish to be contacted.
Sending parcels (P2G88073197)
I've made the mistake of using Parcel2go to move countries. 10 years worth of my belongings, photos, important documents, beloved clothes LOST because of Parcel2go. I could cry!
I had insured my shipment and have been trying since April to at least get reimbursed for my loss. There's literally no point, Parcel2go is creatively coming up with various ways to delay/excuse/etc and has now simply rejected my claim. I don't know what else to do.
These guys are criminals - DO NOT USE THEM.

P2G and their policies are designed to protect them and their profits. They do nothing for the customer. if the shipment is delivered by the courier - great! You’ve got a nice neat app that looks all nice and professional. But don’t be fooled, as soon as there is an issue, they are out of the picture: even if you manage to speak to anyone, there is nothing they will do to help. Even if you know where your parcel is and you tell them that, based on the correspondence you have received, they won’t do anything to help. The investigation into missing parcels go on forever, in fact I have been given 3 different dates in writing, there are no updates or answers.
Tracking number was incorrect therefore I can’t even speak with Hermes directly. They go on about checking all the hubs and interviewing all the drivers, when we know exactly where the shipment was checked in. All of it is delaying tactics, they will keep you hanging for goodness knows how long, then declare the item lost and then start claim process, at the end of which, 2-3 months later, you might be able to get shipping cost back, because they are also very good at wriggling out of insurance claims. In the meantime, I personally endured tremendous amount of stress, lost £75 worth of goods, having fully refunded my buyer, lost a customer and potentially more business due to received negative review to top it up.
Most of all it’s the hypocrisy of it that gets me, presenting themselves as a tool supporting small business in the midst of pandemic, while suffocating us and driving out business. They are in it to make quick money while they can, they don’t have any intention to help their customers. I wish I had read reviews before dealing with them. And don’t be fooled by their “good will gestures” - they might give you a few pounds back when the mess is too obvious to hide, but you can’treally have it, you can only spend it with them. I placed 15 orders with them and my business suffered significantly. Loss in time trying to track down delayed deliveries, financial loss due to lost shipments and their very clever anti customer policies. Never again
Worst experience ever! I've sent 3 big boxes with clothes with them , 3 months since then and nothing arrived yet. They told me that the packages are lost ,they don't know where is it. They still "looking" for it . I would never recommend this to anyone. Horrible experience, basically I lost my things , I've lost my money ,my time and my nerves for this so called "company "
Parcel2go is the absolute worst delivery service there is. Not only did they loose my parcel, they then lied about having found it to the company from whom I purchased the product. Only to be discovered that they never found it and wasted months of my time!

Sent few parcel 50% of them late to the customer or even does not arrive there are some returned and still there is no explanation for it , just loosing money with this service , DO NOT USE THEM
Shambles. Failed collection, impossible to contact, still waiting for a refund after 6 weeks.
Booked a delivery of an expensive item,paid extra for insurance. They failed to mention at time of booking that I needed to include an eBay code but there was nowhere to enter the code and no mention of it anywhere on their website. The result of this was that they could not deliver item so returned it to me in a damaged condition. They also just left it on my door step in full view. A parcel insured for £300! I tried to make a claim against them and was fed a constant stream of excuses. Need less to say I'm.still.waiting for a refund of the £27 I paid to send this parcel. I consider it a breach of contract on their behalf. They have no contact number but hide behind a computerised live chat service. Very poor company with no concern for customer service
