Quick communication resolution
I was really relieved to get a fast response after I left a review about a problem. I reckon it's crucial for businesses to be proactive in dealing with customer worries, instead of waiting for the customer to kick up a fuss. The company got in touch with me straight away in this instance, which I was grateful for. It goes to show that they take feedback seriously and are dedicated to sorting out problems quickly. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience.
Account balance issue
I've used Parcel2Go a few times and now I'm struggling to withdraw my money from my account. I'd love to use that £2.80 that's just sitting there to contribute towards my postage costs, but unfortunately, I have to pay the full amount each time. It's frustrating because I don't want to top up another £20 just to utilise a few pounds. It feels like my money is being held hostage!
Small package booked to UK address
I've used Parcel2Go before without any problems, but my last delivery really got on my nerves. I sent a small parcel to a UK address, stuck on the label, and headed to the local Inpost drop-off point like they said. But, for some reason, the barcode wouldn't work when they tried to scan it or type it in manually. I tried using the website's automated help service, but it was no help at all. I couldn't find any other way to get in touch with them to sort it out.
