International shipment experience
I found using Parcel2Go to be quite straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, allowing me to input all the necessary information for my international shipment without any issues. However, I do wish they had been more upfront about the requirements for providing a list of items, the size and weight of boxes, and the restriction on liquids. It would have saved me time and hassle if I had known this information from the beginning. The delivery service I selected, ParcelForce, was efficient, and the person who collected my parcels was friendly and professional. One thing to note is that I was not informed about the customs fees I would have to pay when shipping to Italy. Although I understand this is part of the shipping process, it would have been helpful to have this information beforehand. Overall, my experience was positive, but there are areas for improvement in terms of transparency and communication.
Parcel to USA
AMAZING SERVICE I couldn’t believe the price, compared to other services it seemed too low! The parcel (21kilos) was picked up exactly on time and delivered to address in USA 4 days later. Next time I will pack better though as customs made a mess of the box and slit open the plastic bags inside containing clothes. Otherwise perfect service and only cost £85 plus full insurance amount, which was optional. Nearly the same as an extra case on a plane journey, but delivered door to door. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE HIGHLY ENOUGH.

Total .... This company have so many fake positive reviews! They truly are the worst courier firm I’ve ever used.

Account balance issue
I've used Parcel2Go a few times and now I'm struggling to withdraw my money from my account. I'd love to use that £2.80 that's just sitting there to contribute towards my postage costs, but unfortunately, I have to pay the full amount each time. It's frustrating because I don't want to top up another £20 just to utilise a few pounds. It feels like my money is being held hostage!
Compensation for damaged goods
The extra compensation for the damaged goods really swayed me towards choosing this service. But, when I tried to make a claim at first, I found it frustrating and couldn't seem to get anywhere. Luckily, Shiella in customer service came to the rescue. She was so understanding, helpful, and sorted out the issue for me in no time. I'm really grateful for her help and how professional she was.
Parcel delivery to France, easy to use app, helpful customer service
I used this service to send a parcel to France recently and I have to say, I was really impressed. The prices were good, the app was easy to use and intuitive. I needed a copy of the Customs Declaration Pro Forma and the chat support was able to send it to me straight away. The customer service I received was excellent and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing to send parcels.

Sending parcel via Parcel Force
No negatives at all. Price was a fraction of what it would be via PF website. Took large parcel to post office on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered Friday morning. The booking was easy to do, website clear to follow and labels came through quickly for me to print. I'm very pleased with the service indeed.
I sent the package from the UK to CZ on March 3. I was told in a week that the package was lost. Exactly a month later, the package was found on April 10 and sent back to my address. Next week I asked when the package would come back. I was told that on March 30, the package was delivered (nonsense). After communication, the package was reported as lost again. Re-recording receipts for insurance, etc. After 2 days, I was told that the package was found (yes really, it's not a joke). After two months, I don't have a package, money, nothing. The company does not respond to emails, reluctance. The worst experience in life with a company. Don't take it!
Small package booked to UK address
I've used Parcel2Go before without any problems, but my last delivery really got on my nerves. I sent a small parcel to a UK address, stuck on the label, and headed to the local Inpost drop-off point like they said. But, for some reason, the barcode wouldn't work when they tried to scan it or type it in manually. I tried using the website's automated help service, but it was no help at all. I couldn't find any other way to get in touch with them to sort it out.

I found the website really easy to use and there were loads of options for sending parcels at good prices. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely use it again in the future.
Express Parcel Delivery
I went for an express parcel delivery service that promised next working day delivery, but my parcel was picked up by the courier on 28/5 and has been missing ever since. They've tried to collect it four times now, but it's not getting any less frustrating not knowing where it is. I've been in touch with customer service, but all I keep getting back is a standard reply that my parcel is on its way, which isn't helping to put my mind at ease. It's been so aggravating dealing with this, and I'm really let down by the lack of responsibility and openness in the service they've given.
